Hot and steamy, just like you’d expect from a Katee Robert book.

He’s hot, she’s hot. They are in a hot tropical holiday locale. What can go wrong when you decide to just say yes. What else is there to say?!

Katee Robert knows a thing or two about writing smut and this book doesn’t disappoint. Such an easy, satisfying read.

5/5. Picked up the book and it meets and exceeds expectations. Anything Katee Robert’s puts out us immediately added to my TBR.

Thank you to Harlequin books/ Harlequin Audio, NetGalley, and the author for this gifted audiobook.

Starting off, I enjoyed the narration. I think Samantha Cook did a great job!

The book was short and easy to read. It was mostly smut with a little plot thrown in there. I felt like the plot could have been developed a little more, but it worked considering the size of the book.

The smut had some good moments but overall, I wasn’t super excited about it.

To be transparent, this author is a bit hit or miss for me, and this one fell in the middle.

I thought this was very good and I will have to add this to the shop shelves. Thank you for the chance for us to review.

Quick, easy, sexy listen, but not much depth. Also the miscommunication trope is NOT for me.
This would have benefited from dual narration.

Thank you NetGalley and Harlequin Audio for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I’m normally a Katee Robert fan but really couldn’t get into this one. I need lunatics scenes to be tied together with a mildly decent plot, and this one was just frustrating. Miscommunication is the absolute worst trope for me, and all tension could have been relieved with a simple “just be honest” conversation. The spicy scenes were fine but nothing overly interesting. I got tired of hearing how handsome and perfect the MMC was. I did like having a little bit of curvy girl representation with the FMC but she was still a workout studio owner and class teacher (so super fit) and none of the spicy scebes seemed into indicate her curves whatsoever other than mentioning her boobs a dozen times, so maybe not as solid of representation as I prefer.

This audiobook wasn’t for me.

It was short, which isn’t a bad thing, but it felt super forced and the sex immediately was odd. It was just a book of constant spice, which is normally a good thing, but the plot fell super short and it’s been done.

All in all, not for me.

I also received Forbidden Games and that also has Make Me Crave. I didn't want to leave 2 reviews for the same book.

Roman Bassani will do anything to close a deal, even chase Allie Landers down on her Caribbean vacation to make an offer on her company. After an accidental one-night stand, they agree to put business aside.

I enjoyed anything by Katee Robert, and this book is no different. It's a quick, easy novella read, with not much depth or character development, but it's a nice palate cleanser.

The audiobook was good; the narrator did a good job telling the story. It was easy to listen to and understand. I listened at 2x speed.

Thank you, Netgellay, and Harlequin Audio for the audiobook in exchange for my honest review.

I originally read these as part of the Forbidden Games set and then listened to the audiobook because I needed a second round!

KR did not mess around with Forbidden Games. This book is like a rollercoaster of emotions, with twists and turns that'll leave you breathless. I mean, the s€x scenes are scorching, but it's not just about the amazing heat - the characters are complex and real, and their stories had me hooked.
Lucy and Gideon's story in Make Me Want is a slow burn that explodes beautifully. Their dynamic is all kinds of messed up, but in the best possible way. And Allie and Roman in Make Me Crave? Mostly opposites attract, and their chemistry is off the charts. The tropical setting is just icing on the cake. Seriously, these two are meltingly hot.
If you're looking for a book that's equal parts steamy and heartfelt, Forbidden Games is your jam.

Make Me Crave is a classic contemporary romance. Roman will do anything to land this inquisition deal, including chasing Allie to a remote island vacation. And Allie will never sell out her life's work and passion to a big company. Even if it means she goes under. Having only ever communicated through email, they have no idea that they are sleeping with the enemy that first fateful night. It's a constant battle of wills on each side. Both wanting different things professionally, while still craving each other's body and time. This story is the perfect pallet cleanser. Samantha Cook was a fun voice and great choice to narrate this story.

Another super fun read by Katie Robert! I have yet to be let down by her, consistently entertaining and hotThis one is a fun holiday tropical vacation getaway (please send me there) The one night stand and enemies to lovers tropes are troping in this one, I really liked the main characters. Super hot, super enjoyable!

Fun novel with just enough spice to keep it interesting. Story was a little bit predictable, but it ended up exactly where I thought it should..

Allie owns a gym and a women's shelter. Unfortunately, her business is failing. Her best friend, Becka, convinces her to take a vacation, where she has a hot one night stand with a stranger. But said stranger turns out to be Rowan, the man who has been desperately trying to get her to hear his business proposal. When they both realize who the other is, they decide that a hot vacation fling couldn't hurt, as long as they don't talk business...
This spicy romance is book 2 in the Make Me series, and it's a good read if you take it for what it is: 90% smut, 10% plot. I usually like my smutty booksnto have more plot than that, but if that's what you are looking for, I would recommend it!
I received an advance review copy of this book for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Make Me Crave is a steamy, tension-filled getaway romance! Roman and Allie’s chemistry is off the charts, and their sizzling island fling had me hooked. If you love a mix of business, pleasure, and undeniable attraction, this one’s for you!

Make Me Crave by Katee Robert is the second book in the Make Me series. I didn't realize this going in so I did feel a little lost. The romance was hot and the couple had amazing chemistry. I really liked the theme of trust the story had. I do think it was too hot insta list and insta love for my tastes but I still enjoyed it. The audiobook was really well done. The narrator's voice was perfect for the story.

This is definitely a headphones on type of audiobook. Accidentally made the mistake of not wearing them and let me tell ya it was interesting to explain to my 80 year old grandma what I was listening to haha but then she asked for the name of the book so hey maybe you received a new reader.

I really loved this story. It was different than the Olympians series I have read previously. It is just as spicy but it’s just a different vibe. I enjoyed it. As usual Katee did not disappoint. I had a great time listening to the audiobook and look forward to reading more of her books in the future.

Look, if Katee Robert is writing it, you already know it’s going to be hot, intense, and dangerously addictive and Make Me Crave is no exception.

This book is sinfully steamy, filled with tension so thick you could cut it with a knife, and packed with characters who make bad decisions feel very good. The push-and-pull between the leads? Chef’s kiss. The chemistry? Absolutely illegal. The drama? High enough to keep you flipping pages at an alarming speed.

TL;DR: If you love scorching-hot romance, emotionally charged tension, and characters who can’t stay away from each other no matter how hard they try, Make Me Crave will absolutely ruin you in the best way.

Book two was a little off the mark. I loved both main characters. But the insta insta insta insta spice was a little concerning. The fact that Roman chased this unknown potential client to a remote island was a bit freaky. And that he only knew her name and nothing else??? What was supposed to happen? Thank goodness she has hot with huge boobs. Haha. This was a super quick read but I feel it was hit or miss for plot points. She brought up her past and the shelter she had created, but didn't go into detail. Her life project felt skimmed and I wasn't invested in it emotionally. I did like Roman as a character and him explaining his background and how he came to be who he is.

My ARC was provided by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. My ARC was provided by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This was a fast, fun read. The book isn’t very long so the backstory can’t really be built or explored in that amount of time to really let me feel connected with the characters or to make them feel relatable but it’s a nice, short escape from reality and worth the read.
