Let me start by saying that I love animals - many times more than humans. So this book hit me particularly hard. Abusing an animal is horrible beyond belief! Sam Brennan became my hero. But that's in the story line and I'm not about to spoil this book for future readers.
"Heartbreak Cove" melted my heart more than a little. I actually cried. It is a beautiful story in the series and I will not soon forget it.
