Every year, I eagerly await the next Buzz Books sampler previewing the many new books publishing in the months ahead. Tough as the past week has been, this was a highlight that gave me something to look forward to.

The Buzz Books: Spring/Summer sampler offers a long list of titles to add to your TBR, from established bestsellers and debut authors alike. There are hundreds of books across a range of genres, and about 20 of these come with longer excerpts of a few chapters each.

Buzz Books 2025: Spring/Summer is a must-have resource for avid readers, book influencers, librarians and bookstore workers, and anyone else who works in the publishing industry. There is no shortage of original, eye-opening, and engrossing books to read, and this coming spring and summer will offer a plethora of options for all reading tastes. Seeing this list of books and these curated excerpts has only heightened my excitement for the publications that are coming.

This was my first time reading one of these sneak preview catalogues into the books coming out this year, and I will defintiely be reading the next edition!

This catalogue gives a sneak preview into the most anticipated books releasing in the spring and summer, along with some books coming out by debut authors.

It is well structured in the sense that it gives the release date and publisher of each book, and also gives an excerpt for each one!

I have definitely added a bunch of books to my TBR after reading through the catalogue, and will continue to consult this catalogue as the year goes on.

I highly recommend Buzz Books 2025 Spring/Summer Edition to anyone who is trying to select which new books will be the best fits for their reviews, blogs, organizations, book clubs, or even just their personal reads. Buzz Books does an excellent job of providing great information on upcoming releases. I appreciate how they organize this resource. The most promising new voices are spotlighted, books are categorized by type, and both a summary and an excerpt of the upcoming books are provided. Buzz Books is my first stop in the process of selecting books and authors that have promise for the organizations I am involved in. It also happens to be free. This is a great resource for anyone who wants to know about great titles that will be published in the near future. Thank you to NetGalley and Publishers Lunch for making Buzz Books available.

I enjoyed this sampler and discovering new adults and works. This is also handy for me to keep track of future releases.

I look forward to the release of a Buzz Books which are typically a five star rating from me. Only four stars for this one because there were so few books included that grabbed me. Perhaps it was my mood will give it another go.

This sampler from Buzz Books for books coming out in Spring and Summer 2025 is a great way of keeping up to date with new releases across a wide variety of genres. Additionally the inclusion of debut novelists means this is a great way of potentially discovering new authors as well. I am particularly excited about new releases from Taylor Jenkins Reid, Abby Jimenez and R.F. Kuang. The sampler includes extracts for some the books mentioned which is a fantastic way of getting a feel for the story as well as the author's writing style.

Overall I think these samplers are a great of keeping up with new releases and getting excited about a new year of reading!

This was such an interesting catalog of upcoming books. I enjoyed getting to sample a few in each category including fiction and debut.

This year's preview was full of a diverse group of authors across several genres. There were a collection of romance, some mysteries, science fiction, and even a graphic novel.

This is a fantastic resource for planning, and discovering new books for 2025! Used this to add a few to my TBR list.

I wish I had known this existed in years past! This is such a great guide to upcoming release in the new year. It's so hard to keep track of all the great books being published, and this is the helper I didn't know I needed. Neatly organized, with a brief summary before each excerpt, this will help you reach your 2025 reading goal with ease while and introduce you to new authors and genres you may not have read before.
