This collection features a whopping 49 excerpts alongside a list of other upcoming titles that might interest readers. The format for this is an excellent way to inform yourself on books being published soon. It feels like a little sneak peek behind publishers' curtains.

Not every title will be for every reader, but that is why it's so amazing to be able to read a few chapters of all these titles. To get a feel for the writing style and the story. While some of the featured titles were not to my personal taste, I was able to discover a lot of books I probably wouldn't have known about otherwise, thanks to this collection. I was able to add a lot of titles to my neverending TBR. It also features wonderful integration with the NetGalley website, so you can immediately request titles that catch your interest.

This Buzz Books collection is a wonderful way for any reader to familiarize themselves with new, upcoming titles and plan their TBR for the next seasons.

An invaluable resource!

This edition of Buzz Books has:
- A list of titltes and authors, with their imprint and pub. date
- 49 excerpts of hot new books, divided into fiction, debut, nonfiction, young adult

Defiantly interesting and nice to try and whet appetites for the upcoming books, but it felt like a massive teaser to me. I ignored some and just glanced through most. I didn't want to get hooked on something I couldn't continue.

Thanks for this. There are so many on this list that I am looking forward to. I appreciate NetGalley for putting this together.

There are a lot of novels to look out for in 2025; I'm afraid it is bad news for those who want to see their TBR getting smaller !

This is a wonderful collection of book previews. I especially appreciate the Debut Authors section. There are some important new voices here, as well as some old favorites. An impressive array of genres.

This was such a great way to discover books I may not have otherwise seen! I liked the wide variety of titles and information given about each book. I’m looking forward to picking some of these up this year.

This was my first time through a Buzz Books edition, and I enjoyed getting to quickly read through excerpts of books I would have otherwise never tried. Quite a few grabbed my attention!

I LOVE The Buzz Books series from Publishers Lunch! Thank you so much for the inside scoop on what will be big in the coming season, and especially for the generous excerpts. The Buzz Books download always informs my purchasing decisions, reader’s advisory, and “TBR” list for the Pennsylvania Young Reader’s Choice Award Committee! I especially love to peruse the Buzz Books for potential crossover titles that will be popular with faculty members. A fun and helpful sample of teasers! Avid readers should peruse this to plan their 2025 TBR pile. I loved the inclusion of the short synopsis before each excerpt, it made weeding through the vast selection much easier.
