Muno’s prose is persuasive and easy-to-connect with. I appreciate her sharing of her personal and familial stories, which offer a rare insight into a certain type of past and trauma.
Building on from her own narrative, she is extremely qualified both personally and professionally to write this book. She breaks down the powerful actions into a couple of themes, and addresses these in the book.
I will surely implement some of them and recommend this book to parents, and young girls/women.
