“I’m a baby” was the perfect book to read with my nephew. I liked the cadence/rhyming that it was written in; made it very easy to engage my nephew with it. He’s usually always wanting to move and find new things to explore, so this was a sweet way to have him cuddle on my lap for a few moments. I can definitely see how this quick read would be great for young children who are about to become older siblings. It can definitely be a way for them to relate to the baby and for parents to have them engage in the role of an older sibling before the new little one comes along!

This was a cute little read. I thought the illustrations were adorable and so was the story. I have an 18 month old and it just brought me back to his newborn days. He loves when we read to him and I think this would be a cute one as you could interact with it too with different actions and onomatopoeias!

This book was so cute! I'm a mom of two, so I love books that I can read to my kiddos and that also are sweet! It reminded me of my son when he was first getting active and of my daughter right now who is just shy of 6 months! I would certainly love to share this with any first time moms of babies who just go, go, go!

“I’m a baby!” is a fun, cute little read for parents to read to their babies. It’s a look into the daily life of being a baby and all the adventures that the baby gets into during the day. From diaper changes and eating, to playing and naps, the fun rhymes keep little ones engaged. The story is short enough to keep their attention but a good starter to introduce books to your baby. The illustrations are adorable. We love Terry Pierce board books here and it would make a great addition to your child’s bookshelf.
