Melissa believed she knew the kind of man she wanted to date, only to discover that the right man had been in front of her all along. This book beautifully captures Melissa’s journey to finding true love with Ross. I thoroughly enjoyed this addition to the Lilac Lake series and am delighted that the author chose to continue it.

Loved this story that takes place in Lilac Lake. In this story Melissa is looking for love and all the normal things of life. She is tired of bring just "one of the guys. Her closest guy friend is Ross and they are neighbors. Do they end up being more. Follow Melissa and Ross's journey through many difficult things yet they are there for each other.. A VERY GOOD READ

This is such a lovely and heartwarming book. Melisa and Ross are such a cute couple. They both have big changes happening in their lives. They uplift each other and support one another. This is a sweet romance that was a quick read. I enjoyed the story of the developing romance for Melissa.

Melissa Hendrickson is at a point in her life that she feels like she is working all the time, and she would like to have time to hang with her friends, maybe travel. She enjoys her life, but wants to make some changes. Life helps her out with some challenges, and it is interesting all that takes place. With the challenges, she is forced to think about things, see things that are taking place, and she thinks she is heading in a good direction. Will she continue to just listen to her brain, or will she open her heart to see what her heart is seeing? When you let it, life will bring to a place that would be amazing.
