A well-written book about how to be more content with what you have, budgeting and making a good life. Soukup distills her blog into her book and it works well. This is on my personal bookshelf as a reread when I need it.

This is a practical book for busy parents who are looking for ways to save money in their everyday budgets. It is written more to moms, but dads can benefit as well. If you have kids at home, give this book a read. It just might give you some. great ideas on how to spend less every day.

As a stay at home mom to two boys, I strive to budget well to honor my hardworking husband's paycheck! This little book is easy to read and full of attainable goals and practical tips, combined with biblical advice. Non religious people might not appreciate this one, so I would only recommend to those who appreciate biblically applied advice.

Not for me. Stopped at the first page of bible quotes. I had not realised this was a bible-centred book, as there is absolutely no mention of this in the blurb. Fine for those who want it, but not my preference, and this religious affiliation should really be mentioned within the title or at least the publishers' blurb.
An advance digital copy was provided by the publisher.

As I didn't know about the author's blog beforehand, I was surprised by the amount of religious content. While it didn't bother me per se, it's not something I feel connected to or can relate to, so it was rather distracting. Perhaps a more clear categorization would have prevented this. Other than that, there was some solid advice and it was well-written.
