Good introductory book that makes finances approachable. Covers a wide range of topics like mindset and personal behaviors, choosing a job and navigating employment, budgeting and investing. Also acknowledges the systematic suppression that makes earning money harder for certain demographics. The book is divided up well in sections for reading cover to cover, or choosing sections to fit current needs. The author has a relatable, easy going, and encouraging voice.

Rachel did it again.
This book is full of resources and advice designed to help people overcome their own setbacks to find their way to millionaire status. Not only does she give you the advice, but she's got a number of worksheets designed (and linked in the book) to help you along.
While this is geared to a younger generation, I found it still helpful even in my mid-30s. I also intend to share it with my 15 year old as soon as I can get it in print.
Two of my friends now have it on their TBR as well for their kids. They are never too young for financial literacy IMO.
I think Rachel is a person to keep listening to for money information -- especially if you're part of a marginalized group (BIPOC, women, disabled, etc) because she covers that as well. She explains that we can beat the odds against us to be more than people assume we will.
Very uplifting. Very informative. Well done, Rachel!

For some context, I am not a future millionaire, and not aspiring to be one. I am also not an advocate of the young ones around me to aspire to become future millionaires.
Though, when I speak to many young ones, several of them state their aspirations towards becoming wealthy.
Hence I picked this book up to be more helpful and informed.
Pros: the general growth mindset and reframing perspective of the book.
The author’s clear writing.
The plan that highlights being productive, useful and feeling fulfilled.
As for the other side of the things, the tone did not always align with my values (I know, personal/subjective opinion), and I expected more practical advice.
