It took me a while and back and forth reading through this book. It's a good book overall. Reminds readers who are mid-age/older to recall younger days of being in college. I'm thankful for that from this book. Great characters that are relatable with some that were a bit annoying. Would consider rereading at a later time again.

i liked the idea of would-i-like-it-or-not-list at the very beginning, I'm really sorry but i just couldn't get through it. this book tries to be cool too hard. i don't hate it. simply wasn't for me.

This was not a book for me, I'm sad to say. I did not care for the writing at all, it was too simple and not flowable. The characters are not easy to like at all. Thanks to Netgalley, the publisher and the author for an e-ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.

I must apologise but I really did not enjoy this and stopped reading before I'd finished. The style of the writing was too amateurish for my liking, I absolutely abhorred the 'cool' Sutra, and thought all the other characters were idiots. It read like a teenager's essay for school. I just really did not like the writing at all.

Perhaps I should have persevered but the whole thing screamed 'try hard' and 'PLS LIKE ME' and, well, I did promise to give an honest review.

Actually feel guilty about this but I hope I never come across something so icky again.
