A cute story about mending broken threads or relationships. Losing their mother/grandmother isn’t easy. Taking the time to handle everything that comes with that is long and of course sad.

this was a pretty good book! It had themes of family dysfunction, secrets, growth, and love. It was a good book, had some funny parts even though it had some deep issues as well. I think the book was good!!!
Thank you to NetGalley, to the author, and to the publisher for this complimentary ARC in exchange for my honest review!!!

I really enjoy books of this type. The genre. The domestic themes. Mother and daughter and ha ING to face ourselves and often our pasts.
And this book did it so well. The emotional state of me though,ha.
It was cute but not cliche or sappy. It was real.and tender. But also had thinking points for me along the way. The added bit of mystery surrounding the plot was a great bonus.
