Thank you to Alice Hoffman, Amazon Publishing and NetGalley for an ARC of this short story in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

This was the third book in the "Once Upon a Time Bookshop Series" and was a beautiful continuation off all the characters stories - both personal and interwoven.

It is heartwarming to see the characters personal and emotional growth throughout the course of these short stories. Hoffman does a wonderful job weaving such complex emotional tales into less than 50 pages!

A very very short story about life, death, moving on and the beginning of new life. I have to say I thought there would be more. When I got to the end I was like what? Where is the rest of the book, it left me longing for more, while I was confused and sad I was happy as well. I then thought to myself its Alice.

In her third short story about the Gibson sisters, Alice tells a tale of love, loss and rebirth as each character must come to terms with life's surprises and decide how they really want to live.

This lovely, heartwarming novella was a quick read.

A recommended read for fans of Alice Hoffman and short stories about life.
