This just wasn't really for me I'm afraid. I'm not certain if it's because it's a third book in a series or not though. I don't think that's it but I actually can't put a finger on it. I just wanted more smut and thrill maybe and this was more fluffy and tamed? I mean it wasn't a bad story at all and I so enjoyed the parts with the horses and even the romance but it just didn't hold my attention.
