This is a science fiction, interplanetary war, and adventure novel. I lost interest about one fourth of the way through, so I skipped ahead a little and was able to get back into the story.

The crew of Validus and their amazing battle suits, those parts intrigued me. There were some vulgar parts that could have been left out and made the book better. The book could have used more editing.

There are some surprises towards the end.

This book was definitely not for me. The story somehow had both too much exposition to feel annoyed and not enough to know or care about anything going on. I disliked the characters and the story.
