I enjoyed how the author took so many things that were taboo for the time and wove them in to an interesting story. A story that keeps readers turning pages.

This is the third story in The Renegade Royals series and it's the second chance at love story between our hero and heroine.

I've noticed that this story was substantially slower than the previous two and it's something that I didn't care for much. That said, the plot and characters have definitely lifted this story up even though that the conspiracy and intrigue took precedent over the romance, I still found it romantic.

All the stories in this series are written as stand alone, but for your best understanding of these renegades, men that have been fathered by Royalty but never acknowledged and left to find their own way, I do recommend you read them in order.
