Maria Kincaid always wanted to find her father. When she found her mother's record of all the men, now she finally found her way to find her father except that lead her to more trouble. She imagined she would receive father's unconditional love when she presented herself except that didn't come true for her. She couldn't call her brother so she called his close friend/coworker Jake aka Romeo to rescue her.
Jake Buchanan aka Romeo didn't get his nickname by being nice to ladies. He doesn't do relationships nor commitments. He leaves trails of broken hearts and all his friends knew it including Logan (his boss and friend). Logan told all his colleagues at K2 special Service team including Jake that Maria was OFF. LIMITs. When Maria calls for his help, he knew he would help her no matter what and he would face his brother later on.
Logan knew Maria was off limits but his heart had other ideas. Now he will do everything to avoid Maria and Maria is determined to get Jake to change his mind.
It won't be easy for both and trouble keeps chasing Maria and it could be dangerous for both of them. Jake can't let anything get in the way even if it's Maria for his work and Maria wants to find her father and Jake too. They will have to work together to find their happily ever after but it won't be as easy as falling for each other.
Maria and Jake's chemistry is off the chart and they are cute. If you are into off limit sister story. I can't wait to read the rest of the K2 members.

I enjoyed this book that centered on Jake and Maria. Both were good characters, and I enjoyed watching their relationship develop. I like the suspense element of the book, and the storyline kept me interested.
