Theirs is a reunion . . . to die for! Four friends are meeting at a beautiful Cape Cod beach house for a long overdue reunion. But before the trip is over, one of them will wind up dead . . Good book! This book had good suspense, intriguing, murder, mystery, dark secrets, a good who done it and a few twists and turns! The story was interesting! It wasn’t one of my top favorites but still worth reading! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!

The cover of this book is amazing! Makes me want to go to the beach. I personally would not classify this as a thriller, but more a mystery or family type book. Calistas husband makes her plan a cape cod get together with her friends from high school. One pregnant lady, one that writes smut books, and one a farmer in Iowa. One never shows up. What is this vacation really about?? Secrets and connections come to light. I didn’t think this book was great. It was ok but def not a thriller.

I love thrillers with a group of girls, secrets, and someone ends up dead. (Is that weird? Maybe).

The thing I loved about this book was the way each secret was revealed. It kept the suspense and tension going!

I didn't realize it was going to be a series until after receiving the ARC, and now I can't wait to see where it goes!

With Lie in the Tide, Holly Danvers crafts a suspenseful, character-driven mystery that explores the weight of secrets among old friends. When four women reunite at a Cape Cod beach house after twenty years, past betrayals and hidden truths bubble to the surface—culminating in a shocking death that changes everything.

The story unfolds at a steady pace, revealing each woman’s secrets in a way that keeps the tension simmering. The atmospheric setting enhances the intrigue, and while some plot threads feel like setup for future installments, the main mystery delivers a satisfying payoff.

A solid start to a promising series—perfect for readers who enjoy slow-burn suspense and complex friendships.

Thank you to Crooked Lane Books and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this ARC!
