Received as an arc from Netgalley.
I loved this book and couldn't put it down. The black and white photos are haunting but you can't look away. I had never heard of Breendonk. It is obvious the author did some research and presents the information in an easily readable story. Although this is a hard and emotional subject, I finished the book. It gave me more information and insight into something less well known.
