Jillian is set in Smile, her hometown, after her divorce and working with his brother in the family lodge. Her daughter is happy and well adjusted. When Levi, her brother’s friend and her teenager crush, come back to town, their chemistry is strong. Can they have a second chance at love and have their happily ever after? Heartwarming love story. And the audiobook, with Gregory Abbey, makes the story better. Thanks to NetGalley for the ALC copy. This is my honest review

Jillian and Levi’s story is a delightful second-chance romance filled with small-town charm, undeniable chemistry, and just the right amount of emotional depth.

Jillian is back home after a disastrous marriage, happily settled in Smile, Michigan (seriously) with her young daughter, helping to run the family business. After some impulsive decisions when she was younger, Jilly has learned to crave routine and structure.
Levi is about to disrupt that.
Levi, too, has returned to Smile (again, I’m not making this up), where he grew up best friends with Jilly’s older brothers. He chased his cùlinary dreams and found them only to realize that as he got older it wasn’t going to be enough.
Jilly will be enough.
The two flirted with a kiss right before 18 year old Levi left town and then they lost touch.
Can Jilly learn to thrown caution to the wind? Will Levi be open not only to the woman he left behind over a decade ago but also her daughter?
Guys? There is an audience for this but it isn’t me.
This is second chance, instalove with no spice and dialog so perfect it seems to have been written by AI. Like, the stuff these people say if so overwritten it made me cringe.
It’s for people who love sweet, low spice books with little conflict and less chemistry.
Maybe you’ll like it?

**Thank you to RB Media and NetGalley for the audiobook**
Jillian is a single mom who is trying to do best by her daughter while managing her life in her hometown. Levi, her childhood crush, is a chef who is back in town for good and the sparks are flying. They reconnect and quickly fall for each other while each navigate thru own careers and family lives.
I enjoyed the audio narration by Allyson Morgan. She brought good life to the characters and made you feel like you knew them. The overall story is sweet and enjoyable!
A few details that were bothersome for me:
- I found it contradictory that in the beginning, Levi keeps remarking about guy code and needing to get permission from his friends, and Jillian’s brothers, to ask her on a date when he is already flirting and kissing her. It makes no sense to me to continue to state he needs to follow guy code.
- Second the conflict that was, as it seemed to me, short lived between Jillian and her child’s father felt forced and too quick. If we are making that an element of the story, it felt like it should have lasted longer and had more depth. It was like her it is! Oh wait, it’s over.
Overall these things do not keep me from recommending this sweet read, they are easy to get past. Very enjoyable!

Get Lost With You was fine. I enjoyed it, but unfortunately was reading two other books with similar tropes at the same time that just landed a little better. However, if you also love a small isolated town romance, this is worth a read!
The narration really helped me to enjoy this story! And I think if you're looking for something to fill a void after reading Hannah Bonam Young or Laurie Gilmore, this could be something great to pick up!

I recently listened to the audiobook. It was a cute story that flowed nicely. I liked the second chance trope, but the insta-lust didn't do it for me; the jump felt too quick for me and I felt like something was missing. Cute green flag guy. Maybe a bit cheesy at times, but overall, sweet and clean. Sometimes, you just need that!
That said, I liked the characters, and I liked that the story focused on not just them getting together but also those around them.
If you're in the mood for a light, sweet romance book, a quick read, I'd recommend this.

Perfect vacation read for me. This one is the definition of “sweet romance” or “hug in a book.” I received the audiobook from SMPRomance & Netgalley, which I was really enjoying so I bought the ebook and did a dual read. It really enhanced the experience for me. The narrator on the audiobook was A+. She’s quickly becoming one of my favorites. The author’s use of descriptive words really enhanced the ebook experience for me. Her word choice is next level when compared to most these days. It really made the book feel “deeper” for me, which is sometimes lacking in sweet romances.
Characters were relatable. Levi was walking green flag. A+ MMC. Jilly was a bit of a mess at times, but it worked because the author took time to let us see her in various scenarios. I understood why she was the way she was. Then there was Ollie, Jilly’s 9 year old daughter. Who doesn’t love a smart, witty kid?!
I’ll definitely be buying more of Sophie’s books because this was a fun read & helped me escape reality for a bit.

A cute small town romance. Brothers best friend, second chance romance.
It was very enjoyable. Made me want to read the first book. But also didn’t feel like I missed anything by not reading it first.

Ummm. I'm grateful that I got an advanced copy of a book. I love a rom-com set at a resort!
However, this story fell flat. The female lead was ok but the male lead seemed way to unbelievable. No guy acts that way or doesn't have any second guesses. Also, Levi, Liam, Leo as supporting characters? Why? I couldn't keep them straight because the names were so similar and the characters were so underdeveloped, that it made things very confusing. That took away from the story too.

This time around, at Get Lost Lodge, we get to know Jillian Keller. She is a 30-year-old divorcee who has a 9 yr old, Olivia aka 'Ollie'. She has put life on hold and has spent it focused on work and being a mother, love life non-existent. She doesn't take chances when it comes to her kid. But when her childhood crush returns to Smile, she can't help but feel like a teenage girl with butterflies.
Levi Bright was a childhood friend who left at age 17 to follow his dreams of being a chef. He was gone for 15 years following that passion but returns home when his dad undergoes surgery. He was close friends with the Keller brothers and had a secret crush on Jillian.
Lightning,” she whispered, pulling back.
She literally left him dazed. He stared at her through lowered lids. “What?”
“It’s not supposed to strike the same spot twice, but every kiss with you is good.”
He confesses his feelings and asks her out on a date, and they soon develop a relationship. Jillian's ex comes back in her life and stirs up a lot of emotions. What does he want? What if it doesn't work out with Levi? She feels the need to protect her daughter and her heart ❤️ Is it worth taking a risk? Is it worth falling in love just to get heartbroken if it doesn't work out? 💔 Guess you better pick up the book and read to find out 😉

I’m so mixed on this one. Overall it was a sweet story but I found myself zoning out a lot during the book. I didn’t mind the narrators I just found the connection with the characters lacking a little. Not a bad book at all. And there were times I was really into it!

I found myself wanting a little bit more from this one. The characters seemed a bit all over the place and the story didn't feel cohesive. The romance was cute, I just think it was missing something.
The narration was great and helped move the story along.

The cover of this book made me immediately want to pick it up and read it! I love that it’s a second chance for Jillian and Levi. I am also a big fan of the single parent trope! Overall cute read

Sophie Sullivan’s Get Lost With You offers a charming start with its engaging premise and humorous tone, but ultimately falls short by the end. The story revolves around Jillian Keller, a single mother, and her rekindled romance with Levi Bright, her brother’s best friend. Initially, the chemistry between Jillian and Levi is palpable, and their interactions are filled with warmth and wit. The small-town setting of Smile adds to the charm, making it an enjoyable read at first.
However, as the narrative progresses, the characters begin to lose their depth. The initial spark fizzles out, leading to moments that feel repetitive and cringeworthy. The conflict is minimal and lacks the tension needed to sustain interest, resulting in characters who seem bland rather than fully developed. This shift detracts from the overall experience, making it feel more like a light read than a compelling romance.
While I appreciated the humor and the cozy atmosphere Sullivan created, the lack of character growth and engaging conflict led me to rate this book 3 stars. It’s a sweet story that starts strong but ultimately leaves something to be desired by its conclusion.

~As with the first book in this series I really loved the setting of Smile and Get Lost Lodge, as well as the entire cast of characters. I can't wait to see if we are getting a Grayson book!!!! I enjoyed the Childhood friends to lovers romance trope, although I do wish there would have been a little more of a slow burn between Jillian and Levi.
~Overall we got a lot of great backstory on both characters throughout their journey to HEA. The Craving my man Levi had for Jilly was immediate and intense. I did think it was funny that Levi made such a big thing of Jilly being his Best friends little sister and then it was like no big deal at all when they found out about them, as it should be though since both Jilly and Levi are in their 30's.
~I loved Ollie, she was a great balance of independent, resourceful, adventurous kid and a soulful little one that is struggling to deal with the lack of a father. I loved the relationship between Levi and Ollie and feel like it was written in a really realistic manor.
~I was excited that we got a little bit more of a cracked door scene between Jilly and Levi, than what I can remember from any other Sophie Sullivan book. I am a sucker for an open door romance.
~I listened to the Audiobook Narrated by Allyson Morgan. Allyson's Pacing was great and kept me engaged, and I feel like Allyson really fit the vibe of Jillian.

‘Get Lost With You’ by Sophie Sullivan is a delightful, heartwarming romance that delivers an emotional yet charming story. Narrated by Allyson Morgan, the audiobook brings the characters and their world to life in a way that makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The book centers on Jillian Keller, a woman who’s carefully rebuilding her life in Smile, and Levi Bright, a chef returning to the town he loves. Their chemistry is palpable from the start, but rather than rushing into anything, they allow their relationship to develop slowly, giving the romance room to breathe. While the intimacy is fade-to-black, the tension between them is undeniable, making their moments together all the more intense.
What stands out in this story is the emotional depth. Jillian, still healing from a painful marriage, and Levi, with his own baggage, both have hurdles to overcome before they can truly embrace their connection. While the narrative is rich with character growth, there are some slower-moving parts, particularly surrounding Jillian's ex-husband, which felt somewhat unnecessary. The focus could have stayed on her journey without the extra complication.
Despite this, the romance between Levi and Jillian is sweet and well-paced. Though the ending leans into a bit of corniness, it's the kind of resolution that wraps up their shared history in a satisfying way.
Even as the second book in a series, ‘Get Lost With You’ works as a standalone. If you enjoy charming, closed-door romances that prioritise character growth and sweet, slow-burn chemistry, this one’s for you. It’s a perfect listen for those who love heartfelt stories with a touch of nostalgia.
Thank you to NetGalley and RBmedia for the alc.

I had high expectations for this one after reading Sophie Sullivan’s Can’t Help Falling in Love and it was everything I had hoped for. It is a sweet and swoonworthy romance with a picturesque setting. There’s just something about the lodge/camp vibe that had me completely drawn in. This one had some of my favorite tropes with second chance romance and forced proximity and I loved Jilly’s growth throughout the story! I enjoyed the narration and felt it fit the author’s/characters voice well.

I really did not enjoy this book. Tropes: second chance, single mom, small town, dual POV. Get Lost With You is the second in the Rock Bottom Love series but acts as a standalone (I didn’t read the first one and don’t feel like I missed anything). There was nothing unique or interesting about this book that stuck with me. It was kind of a quick (but I wish it was quicker), mindless listen. 2 stars
Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to listen to the audiobook Get Lost With You.

This was a quick, cute read! The mutual pining was really sweet and I loved how patient Levi was. I wish there had been a little more tension in the story because they both know they like each other pretty quickly so there weren't any big obstacles. But if you're looking for a cozy, low-stakes story this is perfect!
Tropes:
✨Childhood crush/mutual pining
✨Dual pov
✨Brothers best friend
✨Single mom (of a 9 year old)
This audio was lovely to listen to while I was getting chores done. The narrator did a lovely job with both chapters. I wish they had hired two narrators because I prefer to have dual narration for dual pov books. As it was I had a fun time with this book.

Jillian is living with her parents and working with her brothers when her long-time crush and brother’s best friend returns to town. It does not take long for Levi and Jillian to have sparks fly. Levi is even enamored with Jilly’s daughter. But romance can be hard when one in the pair is afraid to open up to love. The town is a delightful added ambiance and the side characters add a lot of humor to the story.
I did not read the book about Jilly’s brother and his partner but it was not really needed. I found myself really enjoying this one. I would read more from this author, and may go back when I find some spare reading time in my schedule
The narration was good but with parts focusing on Levi, it would have been nice to have two narrators.
Thank you to Net Galley, RB Media, and Recorded Books for the DLC. All opinions are my own.
