I LOVE a childhood crush turned adult romance. Even more when it’s entirely mutual. I also love a single mom FMC and a small town setting. So naturally, this book really appealed to me.
I absolutely loved this cast of characters and their families. Jillian was such a sweet and relatable character and Levi was *chef’s kiss* (pun intended!) The main characters had such great chemistry from the start and it was obvious that they still harbored feelings for each other, despite spending years apart.
Their relationship moved very quickly and may have been insta-lovey if not for their shared past, which I think worked well in this context. A large part of the plot was entirely predictable, but it was well written and I loved that it was just an absolute feel good story.

This was the perfect Valentine’s Day weekend read! Thank you so much! It was such a quick read! I adored it. So much that we made it our book club pick! Thank you!!

I absolutely loved this second-chance romance set in a small town. It was tender, sweet, and had just the right amount of charm to make me fall in love with the story. Second-chance romances are never easy, but this one felt so heartfelt and genuine. The slow-burn chemistry between the characters made their journey feel real and emotional. There were moments that had me smiling and others that made my heart ache, but it was all worth it in the end. This book is perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, romantic read that leaves you feeling warm and content.

Readers who are looking for a calm, stress-free, small town romance would likely really enjoy this one! The narrator was good and kept my attention as well.

Engaging, heartfelt, and fun!
Get Lost with You is an alluring, tender romance that transports you to the idyllic town of Smile and into the lives of the reliable, handsome Levi and the hardworking, single mother Jilly as they discover that even though they’ve known each other platonically for years, there may be a little something more underneath that’s worth taking a chance on.
The writing is light and playful. The characters are supportive, kind, and genuine. And the plot is an entertaining, amusing mix of friendship, family, community, responsibilities, parenthood, snappy banter, undeniable chemistry, tricky moments, small-town drama, and unconditional love.
Overall, Get Lost with You is another sweet, uplifting, satisfying addition to the Rock Bottom Love series by Sullivan that touches on the importance of healing, friendship, self-discovery, and finding happiness. And if you have the chance I highly recommend picking up the audiobook version of this novel as narrator Allyson Morgan does a fantastic job of bringing these written characters to life.

Thank you netgalley for the chance to read this book.
I enjoyed this book. It was a cute small town romance somewhere between brother’s best friend and second chance romance. It was pretty predictable. The writing style used a lot of telling and less showing which caused it to feel a bit rushed and flat. It was pretty low stakes. So if you are looking for a cute slow stakes small town romance this is it.

Get lost with you. A romantic clean book. When two past teenage crushes come back to town, everything picks right back up

Wasn’t for me. I feel like in a second chance romance there’s usually tension immediately when they reunite but there was absolutely nothing from these two.

Small town romance, friends to lovers, and just overall feel good, cozy read! First book I’ve read from this author and will definitely be reading more. I really liked the pacing of the book, themes, and how heartwarming the characters were (minus the ex). The narrator was well spoken, easy to follow along, and went with the story. The cover was cutesy and fits the vibes of the book.

Get Lost With You is a sweet, feel-good small-town romance with lovable characters and plenty of heart. Jillian and Levi’s second-chance love story is warm and charming, with just the right mix of tension and tenderness. The setting feels cozy, and the side characters add depth to the story. While it follows familiar romance tropes, the emotional moments and engaging writing make it a great escape. A perfect read for when you need something comforting and uplifting. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Get Lost With You is the follow up novel to Love Naturally, will we return to everyone’s fav Family owned lodge for a cozy second chance romance.
Jillian Keller took the long route to her best life, but is now happily settled in her hometown of Smile, raising her little girl alone while helping her brother run Get Lost Lodge. A lover of structure and routine, she doesn’t need anyone disrupting her carefully curated life.
After chasing and achieving his culinary dreams, Levi Bright realizes he’s still missing something he can’t find in a big city. Returning home to Smile, he intends to build a different future for himself, including reconnecting with family and friends, and creating elevated comfort food for a town he loves.
When Levi and Jilly run into each other, past feelings that never had a chance to bloom flare between them… but she’s been hurt before, and falling for her older brother’s best friend seems like a recipe for drama. But sometimes, a second chance at love leads you right where you’re meant to be.
While nothing overly unique or memorable; this book has all the warm and fuzzy feelings that sometimes is all you need! This made me happy and content while reading and I couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend

I just… ugh. I wanted to like this because I’ve liked other books by this author. However, this book is exactly what teachers mean when they say “show don’t tell.” This is a book that doesn’t show anything - it just tells. It’s way too fast of a romance and I just don’t feel the chemistry. The “tension” is just so bleh and I was just cringing so much during this entire novel. It’s both forgettable in the storyline and storytelling, but too rememberable as being poorly written. I really dislike when children are used to move the plot forward and somehow are wiser than their parents… this book had that too. The narrator was fine, but it’s hard to judge the narrator when their content is so cringy. It just wasn’t worth the read for me. 2⭐️, 2🌶

If you're a fan of predictable, gentle, palate cleansing romance this book is for you. Personally, I need more and don't love books that feel formulaic from start to finish. So, this one wasn't a great fit for me, I was bored.
I recognized the tried-and-true pattern this novel was following quick. I expected the dreaded unreasonable third act break up in the earliest chapters. It's ok to break that mold, in fact shatter it, please. It's fine to break characters up, but if that's the journey you're asking me to take, I need a reason that holds water. The breakup that exists solely to set up a grand gesture of reconciliation is a no from me every time. The supporting characters had more chemistry with each other and the main characters individually than the romantic leads had. I liked each character on their own, but there was no spark shown. Romance is more about what you sense as a reader than what is spelled out on the page, and I wasn't feeling anything.
A second chance childhood friends to lovers story that had all the requisite ingredients, but lacked creative flair Get Lost with You highlights a single mother and the guy she crushed on as a teen all grown up. Jillian is divorced and raising her daughter with only the help from her family as her ex is an absentee parent. Following her divorce she returned to her hometown of Smile (brilliant town name) and began working at the Get Lost Lodge (another great name) owned by her brother. Levi left Smile at seventeen to pursue an opportunity to study culinary arts. His departure left Jillian disappointed, but his father was devastated that his only son was chasing his dreams instead of inheriting his. This was the most intriguing conflict in the novel; however, the resolution was weak. When Levi is hired as the chef at the lodge it puts the main characters in each other's orbit. Take into consideration according to your personal tastes that the demure love scenes are more sweet than spicy. The setting was my favorite aspect from the small-town vibes to the lodge off the beaten path there was potential everywhere.
I listened to the audiobook and still struggled to make it through even after increasing the speed. I probably wouldn't have finished if this hadn't been an ARC.
Check out other reviews for this title because I doubt I represent the target audience for this one.

Thank you NetGalley and RB Media for providing an Advance Listening Copy for review. All opinions are my own.

im not sure if i liked it or not. it had tons of potential but something just felt off. maybe there were too many storylines and some not concluding. maybe its because I don't really enjoy second chances. i will try this author again though

This was a very quick, cute read!
The pacing was there right away and I didn't want to put it down.
I'm usually not a big fan of second chance romance but this was very cute and I loved the characters. It was a little bit too insta-lovey for my taste though. I know they liked eachother as teenagers but it's been a long time and people change a lot so I thought they should have tried to get to know eachother as adults a bit more.
Nevertheless it was still a very nice romance and I loved the kid Ollie!
Would love to read more about the other couples mentioned in this book!
The narrator was also very nice to listen to and that's always a plus!

Get Lost With You is a heartwarming second chance romance about a single mom and her teenage crush rekindling their feelings years later making for a cozy and lighthearted read. It was relative uneventful which made me zone out a bit. The book is written duel POV but the audio only has one narrator which didn’t really work well in my opinion. I do like that the MMC is a giant green flag and I love how he immediately fell in love with the MFCs little girl.

What I’m Starry-Eyed Over:
🤩 I loved the idea of this one being small town Smile, Michigan & being like Mackinac Island.
🤩 The secret pining.
What I’m Wishing
💫 I just didn’t get the feels I like to feel when reading romance books. I was bored & the audiobook (3rd person, dual pov, one narrator) didn’t seem to help. Darn. I’ve heard that there will be another narration—a male narrator. They should have just done a dual narration. 🤷🏼♀️

Sophie Sullivan delivers a heartwarming small-town second-chance romance in 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗬𝗢𝗨. Jillian Keller, a single mom dedicated to her daughter and her family’s lodge, isn’t looking for love—especially not with Levi Bright, the boy she once secretly crushed on. Now a renowned chef, Levi has returned home to Smile, Michigan, hoping to build a new life and reconnect with his past. When they’re thrown together preparing for the lodge’s summer opening, their old feelings quickly resurface, forcing Jilly to decide if she’s willing to take a risk on love. Jilly and Levi’s chemistry is undeniable, and Levi’s patience and devotion make him an irresistible hero. While the novel shines with humor and warmth, moments of miscommunication and slow pacing hold it back slightly. Still, this is a charming, closed-door romance perfect for readers seeking a light and cozy read. Allyson Morgan’s narration adds an extra layer of charm.

Love a hallmark small town, second chance romance! This is so fun and cutsey. You will feel so giddy and hopeful throughout the entire story.

I was provided both the ALC and ARC of this book via Netgalley, all opinions are my own. Than you to St. Martins Press/St. Martin's Griffin and RB Media/Recorded Books for providing me with advanced copies of the book in both formats. I have really come to enjoy reading along with the audiobook when I get the opportunity. The narrator did a great job keeping me engaged
This was a super sweet second chance, small town romance. Jillian Keller, aka Jilly has been in love with Levi since high school. He left their small town of Smile to chase his dreams of becoming a chef and working in a big time fancy restaurant and while he had feelings for her, he didn't want to lead her on. He was also friends with her older brothers and didn't want to break the "bro code". Fast forward into the future, Jilly is a divorced single mom and helping to run a small lodge with her brothers. She is cautious about everything in her life but overly so when it comes to love after her failed marriage. She has alot on her plate with the lodge's summer opening looming and some new offerings on the way to bring in new clients. She doesn't have time for a new relationship when Levi reenters her life, but everything happens for a reason.
Levi has returned home to help out with the family construction business when his dad needs routine surgery. There is a rift between father and son that needs mending due to Levi leaving town to pursue his dreams and not taking over the family business. Naturally feelings were hurt, but Levi wants nothing more than to mend this fence and reestablish himself in his home town. He achieved his goal to become a successful chef, and now more than ever he knows that the small town life is what he wants. He also wants to explore that spark he has always felt for Jilly, so when an opportunity to cook at the lodge and spend more time with her opens up he jumps at the chance to show her how great they can be together and that he isn't going anywhere.
I really loved this. Levi and Jilly were really cute together, they kept their relationship playful while dealing with real life situations. They passed notes to one another like teenagers to keep things fun, while building up the trust needed for something concrete. It is very low spice, there are some intimate scenes, but they are fade to black and not very descriptive. I appreciated that Jilly got to explore her feelings of inadequacy in a relationship and fears about a new relationship as a single mom on her own terms. She had real conversations with Levi and the conversation she had with her mom were really great to help her overcome her objections and find love again.
This is the 2nd book in the Rock Bottom series, but it does read as a complete standalone. I have not read the 1st book in the series which centers around Jilly's brother Beckett and girlfriend Presley. They are side characters in this book, and I'll be picking Love, Naturally soon as I want to know everything about their love story! This is also my first book by the author, but it will not be my last!
