This is a well-researched resource explaining both the benefits of working from home and the different ways individuals and companies can make that happen. There is no question that working from home offers benefits to everyone, and it makes it easier for companies to recruit more qualified people who can then still choose to live by their families or just in locations they prefer. Choudhury also explains a hybrid model where there is some physical contact.
One of the most helpful things to me was the list of countries where people could apply to live, with the cost of the visa and what would be required of the remote worker. Anyone who has doubts about remote work or who wants ideas on how to make it happen for themselves should read this.
