Who doesn't LOVE a possessive hero in their books. Luna Mason delivered on that front! The chemistry between the two characters, Keller and Sienna is phenomenal and wrote so well. It makes me want more of the authors books immediately.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 book was fast-paced and featured instant love - both main characters were pretty much obsessed with each other from the get-go.

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 believes that Keller is a savage boxer, but he’s actually a deadly enforcer in NYC. When he stumbles upon Sienna, the attraction is instant. They’re both hot and heavy for each other, and now he’s trying to protect her from the dangers of his world and a horrible ex.

𝐈 absolutely enjoyed Sienna and Keller's explosive chemistry. Filled with thrilling mafia drama and angsty moments, this is a great binge read for fans of mafia romance.

Ok, like OMG! These characters had me obsessed, how different they are but their beautiful love brought them together. Keller has such a dark back ground and how he was brought up and he was able to turn his life around once he found a stable home and his foster brothers. The authors attention to detail with this main male character will have your lady bits on high alert the entire time. Sienna has a a horrible relationship growing up with her mother, she had a horrible ex that you will follow throughout the story, but Keller enters the picture and his motion changes her look on life. The back and forth pull they have for one another is intense. By the end, I wanted more of their later life. I cant wait to see where book two takes me. Definitely a fantastic read.

Unfortunately this book was just not for me. I had to DNF it at about 50%. I had a hard time connecting to the characters. I may give it another try at a later date but for now it’s a DNF.

I was expecting more from this book. It’s labeled as mafia romance but there was barely any mafia. I like how the FMC was described as firecracker and was very lively and not afraid to speak her desires.
Keller the MMC was a bit much for me. Also the whole story was kind of chaotic. There were a lot of repeats. The third act break up was totally unnecessary.
I am 98% I will not be reading the rest of the series.

sienna catches her fiancé cheating on her and makes the decision to call off her wedding. her best friend Maddie takes her out to the city’s newest club on the weekend to cheer her up where sienna almost falls on her behind but is caught by a sexy-looking man covered in tattoos and muscle.

they both feel an instant connection and electricity - this man, Keller, happens to be a famous boxer who is also the enforcer for the New York mafia which his brother runs. they begin an entanglement of tension and danger.

this was a great story for someone who is wanting to dip their toes into dark romance/ mafia romance.

Oh my god! Why did I wait so long to read this?! I devoured this in a matter of hours and when I tell you that wanted to shake Keller at a certain point but it’s okay he eventually got there on his own.

This was such a fun read and it’s funny calling a dark romance a fun read but it really was! Sienna is a bada$$ and I love her even though she didn’t think she was.
Keller is hiding a dark past and watching him come undone around Sienna was amazing! We LOVE when a man is only soft for his woman and Keller embodies that to a T

Sienna is a woman who knows what she wants especially in the bedroom and she finally meets a guy excited to give it to her and when I tell you they are 💥 together that’s no joke!

Sienna & Keller were absolutely amazing!

I loved the fact that it was an insta-love kind of romance. These two, when together, were absolutely fire. Their connection was fast & intense.

Sienna was just getting over the fact that she caught her ex-fiancé cheating on her. Her best friend Maddie talked her into going out to a new club where she had quite an exhilarating evening. On her way to the bar she almost falls but ends up in the lap of Keller, the owner of said club & boxer.

This starts the beginnings of their love story. Keller is trying to find a way out of the mafia that his brother, Luca, currently runs. He’s hoping that the next big boxing match will be his ticket out. But he never anticipated Sienna showing up & throwing him for a loop.

He was always adamant that there wasn’t love for him, he was too dark for it to happen. But Sienna snuck her way past those walls & he fell hard & fast for her.

They go through some ups & downs whilst also dealing with her not so friendly ex-fiancé trying to scare her. When Keller’s big fight comes up, Sienna ends up having to stay behind because she’s been sick but that only leaves her vulnerable & unfortunately her ex finds her.

He does horrible things to her but Keller gets to her in time but it leaves him gutted that she was even hurt in the first place.

Keller leaves her thinking he’s doing the right thing but they both suffer because of it.

Thankfully he sees the error of his ways & grovels hard. Those last few chapters were tense but after his fight, that he rescheduled, that whole scene in the ring then afterwards… yeah melted my heart.

These two had one heck of a time fighting for one another but it just made it all so much more amazing when they came together at the end.

I absolutely loved this book & I was so happy to have read it. I highly recommend this book, this whole series. The men are so swoon worthy!

My god this was an excellent story! I knew from the beginning it was going to unfold! The banter, the character growth, the spice! Who would have thought a bad boy would fall so hard and quick. But with a twist will she fall for him? Will she stay after she finds out? Want to know? You'll have to read it on your own!

Was this a darkish mafia romance or more of a romance about a hitman by night who's secretly the biggest golden retriever simp for the right woman? Definetly the second one and I'm not mad at it 🤣

I devoured this book and finished it in one day. This is my second Luna Mason book and she doesn’t disappoint.

Our FMC, Sienna, is finally done moping about finding her fiancé cheating on her and decides to have a night out. While at the club, she accidentally stumbles into Keller. He’s our MMC - club owner, boxer, mafia enforcer, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist.

I loved their story and how they helped each other find their self-worth. He definitely falls first 😉 and has an iconic “F*** it!” moment.

I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Distance is about Keller and Sienna and their journey to a HEA. Keller is the Mafia’s hitman and a worldwide boxing champion. Sienna works for a law firm but wants to go into social work to help kids have a better life. They both have been thru so much and have had hard lives. Will they be able to help each other heal and have their HEA.

Absolutely love love loved this book! I hated having to put it down to adult and what not. Keller and sienna’s story was so good! The two broken childhoods coming together to heal each other and the touch her and die mentality chefs kiss can not wait to read the rest of the series!!

I read my first Luna Mason book last year, a friend recommended it and I devoured it in 24 hours. I was excited to read this one, which I also devoured 😍

After being cheated on, Sienna doesn’t want anything serious, she just wants to go out with her friends and have fun. Keller is a professional boxer, he’s also a mafia enforcer. He can’t afford distractions, so he thinks one night with Sienna will do the trick. But one night isn’t enough, also Sienna is in danger whether Keller is in the picture or not.

I loved Sienna and Keller, they had phenomenal chemistry. Keller and that mouth of his, the spice was also 🧑🏼‍🍳 💋 I loved the side characters, excited to continue the series and get more of their stories.

Wow!!! I am so upset at myself for getting in a slump when I started this. (Not because of the book) I am so lucky to receive this as an ARC and then the book was published so I also bought the paperback! This premise is my type to a T! Boxer and a mafia man in one person?!?! Keller is up there on the book boyfriends list because wtfffff I love him. “Without out you, there is no light… I’m ready to fight for it all…” key to my heart fr🥰 THE TATTOO?!?! Mhm. Sold give me him right now. Sienna was a tiny tiny bit flat for me and the middle got a little slow but overall I totally enjoyed this! I wish I finished it sooner but it’s all good because I’m in love with him. Also so excited to read the next three😅

I think for the right reader, this will be a home run. The spice was excellent! The well written romance scenes with their dark overtones and graphic details were very well done. I just felt like the underlying plot did not move quickly enough to hold my attention.
I really wanted to love this. I feel like this book was written with the intention to directly connect with readers like me who appreciate a good Vampire Diaries reference, who love a morally grey MMC, and love darker romance books with possessive men. However, I just could not connect to the characters or the story.
I have been trying to put a finger on why, but it’s almost like there is not enough detail for some aspects of their personality and lives and too much for other points.
I wanted to love this, but I know many other readers will, even if it wasn’t for me.

**I DNFed this book at 51%**

I am huge dark romance fan, but unfortunately, this book didn't do it for me, and here are the reasons why:

1- This book is insta-lust. At page 40ish they are already getting it on. It's not a problem in itself, it's just not for me. I like my characters to work for it.

2- Annoying ex-boyfriend trope. I can't do it. I hate that trope.

3- The aforementioned ex-boyfriend harass the FMC, assaulting her twice in from of the MMC, and both times the MMC just threatens the ex. WTH?!? You need to take action Sir. This is a dark romance. Bare minimum is some roughing up or a few broken fingers. And the MMC is a professional boxer AND the mafia unaliver. His reason for not taking physical actions against the ex? He needs to lay low before his next championship. But you will kill and maim for the mafia the very same night?!? Nu-uh. Not buying it. He burns down the ex's car at around 45% but it's not enough...

4- MMC drops off FMC at her apartment. HE SEES HER EX STALKING HER, WATCHING HER APPARTMENT and...... HE LEAVES!!! You heard me right. He doesn't approach, or anything. Nop. He leaves.... wth??

5- There were quite a few typos and grammar errors etc. Some sentences are hard to read. This book has been originally published in 2023 and is now being republished. Why are there still so many errors?

Sooooo, for all these reasons, I gave up at 51%. It's not a bad book (someone needs to proof read it better though!), it's just not for me. Which is why I'm giving it 3 stars anyway.
