A very lovely adaptation with beautiful art. The backmatter is great too, with information about the artist's process as well as a Q&A with Natalie Babbitt's daughter.

A beautiful edition of a classic novel. I think that the artwork is beautiful and has a lovely bright and childlike innocence to it. I think this graphic novel would be great for students who struggle with reading to enjoy the classic story of Tuck Everlasting.

A huge thank you to Netgalley for an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Truly I was reminded of how much I need to go back and revisit Tuck Everlasting. Because this graphic novel was lovely! It was so true to the book in its illustrations (which is something that the author/illustrator talks about with Babbitt's relatives.) I appreciate when an adaptation is a companion, rather than an enhancement, of the original work. Also what I appreciated was that unlike Alexis Bleidel, Winnie Foster was YOUNG (again, going back to the book)
I look forward to the release of this book and sharing with students once again!

This is one of my favorite classic children's book and this graphic novel adaptation did a great job of capturing its spirit. I loved the illustrations and how it painted the words across to the page in creative ways to help the story flow. The colors really worked well to bring a nostaglic tone to the story and I hope that it will be discovered by even more readers. This is such a timeless story that I hope will live on forever.
