At the time Year Zero came out, it was the closest we would get to a follow-up to the X-files, since there was no sign of a continuation on television. As such, it was an interesting experience. A well done story that ties the future of the X-Files to its past, Year Zero does everything a good X-Files mythology episode should do, accompanied by some extremely accomplished artwork that plays around with the modern and the past of the form. A nice addition to the X-Files universe.
