This book is a show stopper - one I would give to my friends. I would buy multiple copies of this book for people! Beautifully crafted, richly detailed with captivating characters. I was not fully prepared to completely fall in love with this book!

This book follows Sabrina, she was abandoned by her mother as a little girl then raised and trained by Eve (Evelyn) the historical bridal shop is all she's ever known until she met handsome Adam; realising that the only for her to overcome the fear of abandonment is to investigate her past and her identity.

This book took me a bit to get into but once the book got rolling I couldn't wait to see what happens in the end. This book was such a cosy magical read; truly heartfelt, the characters were loveable on their own just as much as the entire town warm atmospheric vibes! Throughly enjoyed it. I definitely want to come back for the rest of the series in the future.

This starts with Sabrina Flooks and her mother being separated on a busy street, then continues with her living and working with her (Aunt Evelyn) a love her bridal shop in Bond Street. Sabrina and her close friend Florence (Flo) work hard in the shop but also know how to enjoy life. They decide to have an evening out where Sabrina meets Adam Taylor who promises to make contact in the coming days, when this doesn’t happen Sabrina is so disappointed. What could have happened to him?
Then the story goes back to 1928 in the Muldoon household, maid Jane Evans is unsure when the son of the house Sidney returns and starts to show an interest. Jane thinks that nothing can come of this due to class divide. It’s her friendship with other servant Sabrina that helps to make Jane’s life bearable, especially when Sabrina comes up with a plan for Jane to be able to go out with Sidney in secret. What will become of this?

To be honest, I don’t feel that the synopsis gives a proper idea of the story. At first I felt put off and would have given up were it not for the fact I was reviewing it. That said I’d grow to like the actual story and am just about to read the next one.
