There was a lot of useful information in this book, but really nothing I've never heard before. I think the main theme of this book is: eat healthy and exercise and sleep. The author brings up a lot of different ways people think will help them live a longer life, but research has disputed this (for example, supplements). Of course there are things that he says will help keep you young, like music, hugs, and keeping your mind sharp; but do they really increase your longevity or just help you live a happier life? Good information with a nice dose of humor.
