Wyoming Wilderness Survival is a fast-paced Love Inspired Suspense novel that grabs your heart and throws it through the ups and downs alongside Tracey and Callum. When justice isn’t served, and bad people in high places put them on the run, Tracey and Callum have to work together to survive, while protecting Callum’s young son. I loved that Bo, Callum’s dog, was deeply involved in the adventure, too.
I couldn’t put this story down! A great, clean story with a lot of risk and adventure.

Tracey Graham sat calmly in the uncomfortable bench seat of the Lander WY prison van on her way to a maximum security prison in Idaho. As they sped into the wilderness area outside of Lander the van came to a complete stop and the guard let her out.

Suddenly Ethan and Ezra Fairburn appeared - Tracey an EMT, had treated their father for a heart attack and he had died in the ambulance. Tracey had not been found guilty for that but she had recently been arrested for a murder of a deputy which she was not guilty of.

Ezra grabbed Traceys' upper arm and then a semi barreled into the prison van, and then his brother Ethan started shooting Tracey so she ran into the thick forest of the wilderness.

Then a tall thick man dressed in camouflage appeared and Tracey jumped off a ravine and she law still, but Callum felt for her pulse and she was alive. Tracey yelled "Fairburn", a name that Callum recognized and hated too - as the Fairburns had bullied and harassed his ex wife until she grew depressed and killed herself.

They zigzagged to Callums' cabin but they were being followed ....

This captivating story will leave you breathless as Tracey and Callum go on the run to evade the same people. An energizing read that will keep you turning pages until the end.

I received an advanced reader’s copy from Harlequin and Netgalley. All opinions are my own.

"Wyoming Wilderness Survival" is a Christian romantic suspense. Tracey, Callum, and his dog made quite a team! The dog knew how to effectively protect his people. Callum's a sharp-shooter and prepared-for-emergencies type who knew how to survive in the wilderness. Tracey's an EMT with some skill in the forest and with guns. Considering the number of people after them, they had to be competent to survive. Not only were they up against bad guys who wanted them dead at any cost, but the terrain, weather, and wildlife were dangerous and provided many opportunities for suspense.

Callum initially helped Tracey because his wife had been bullied to death by the same brothers. As they spent time together and worked together, he was impressed with her compassion, courage, and the fact that she didn't complain about uncomfortable and painful situations. He respected her abilities and treated her as a partner, even entrusting her with his toddler son's safety. Tracey was grateful that he helped her despite the danger, as he soon became a target, too. They didn't pursue their growing feelings until they were out of constant danger (which I find realistic, so I approve). They spent time getting to know each other for 10 months post-adventure before the sweet proposal scene. This author most have read my list of pet peeves because she got everything right.

Both Tracey and Callum dealt with forgiving people who were unrepentant and cruel. There was no sex or bad language. Overall, I'd recommend this enjoyable suspense novel.
