"You Are the Best of You" is a classic self-development book with an upbeat tone and plenty of personal stories from the author. While it wasn’t exactly my cup of tea—I tend to gravitate more toward Gabrielle Bernstein’s books—I absolutely respect and appreciate new voices in the genre. There’s a lot of wisdom here, and I have no doubt many readers will find inspiration in its pages. If you're a fan of self-growth books, this one is definitely worth checking out!
