Really impressed that I read this book as fast as I did. Very catchy! This book will have you so drawn in that you do lose time and a sense of reality for awhile!
This is a very fun, light book that I consider a good read for a flight or while waiting in a queue. I would not read this if you are more into a complex story. Think of it as the movie version as a book.

Larry Walder is a pilot for Pegasus Airlines. When his wife and son are kidnapped, he must reroute the flight to Cozumel to save their lives. Special Agent, Xanadu Marx, is a recovering alcoholic. After some poor decisions and an incident with her driving a car into a house, she was released by the FBI. Another of the halfway house occupants was listening to a police scanner when she hears an officer has been short and a foreign nationalist is in custody. Xanadu asks for a ride to the federal building in Atlanta.
The flight landed and the high jackers begin a game with the passengers. They need to raise money to save their lives. The five with the highest amounts raised will be released but the five with the lowest amount will be executed.
This is one of the best books I have read lately. The characters are well developed and the story is complex. It is written in the third person point of view. If you like high paced thrillers, you will like this book.
