A cookbook that is really about making pasta. That in itself is difficult at least for me the first time I made it with my father when I was young. He taught me and for me, the simplest was made for ravioli. We had the dining room table covered and he was giving me a lesson when I was all 12 years old. I will say that homemade pasta does taste better it just takes time. If you have a pasta machine or an attachment for a kitchen aid it will make some of the work easier. This book has good recipes, wonderful pictures, and some stories. So overall a very good book.
