Wow! I am a sucker for the next-door neighbor trope and Colee Firman did not disappoint! This book really took me by surprise in the best way. So much angst and I do love a take-no-**** female who is confronted with a "player." I couldn't put this book down and I would certainly suggest giving it a one-click download.

I enjoyed the first 20% of this book then it went downhill for me...I guess I am over the bad boy trope and the "If you would just open your darn mouth" trope. I really wanted to love this book because I wanted the characters to have a HEA but they were so frustrating i wanted to throw my kindle at moments...
