I’ve listened to the audiobook narrated by the author which was a lovely touch. I appreciated it being told my the author as I could hear his passion and commitment towards the book’s topic.

He explains the importance of having a proactive communication with our clients. Something 90% of the competition doesn’t do.
It enhances organic sales growth and trust, as the client gets a systematic follow-up.

This proactive approach shows you care more than your competitors, as most only follow-up when something is wrong. Your team needs to be focused and intentional in its communication. There needs to be a mindset shift to align all members of the business.

I chose this book as I’m a small business owner myself, yet it lacked the part where you don’t have a customer list. I’m personally missing the initial part of business growth when you’re starting to gain customers and how to grow from there.

Goldfayn does a great job breaking things down in a way that feels approachable and effective.

The narration was strong—well-paced, clear, and engaging. It made the listening experience enjoyable and easy to stay focused on. While I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, that’s only because a few parts felt slightly repetitive—but overall, the message is powerful and well worth your time.
