This was another fun novella from Noelle Adams and a perfect way to spend a Sunday morning. I love grumpy heroes, so this hit the spot perfectly.

Thank you so much to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the early chance to read and review “In Flight.”

I have been a big fan of Noelle Adams’ work for a while and “In Flight” did not disappoint. I really like the concept of two strangers meeting and gradually falling in love over a series of flights. Even though it was a novella, the author managed to include lots of character interactions so the development of the relationship between River and Isaac felt authentic. I recommend this quick, fun read to readers of contemporary romance and fans of Noelle Adams. 4 stars.

A gorgeous in flight romance! Can Savannah find a romance with a grump passenger that’s always on her flights…read this beautiful book to find out! The oerfevt enemies to lovers romance and slow burn set over the gorgeous skies. This novel had me kicking my feet the whole way through.

I’ve heard good things about this author, so I was very excited about this arc, especially since the premise caught my interest. Oh well.

We all know that enemies-to-lovers and grumpy-sunshine are some of the best tropes. When done well.
Unfortunately, a forced conflict, paired with a rude and condescending hero (not the same as grumpy, btw), is not that.

I disliked Isaac from the beginning, and he only got worse as the story progressed. River was a little better, but she lost me when she started falling for him and his attitude.

I didn’t understand why they hated each other, and I didn’t understand why they stopped. There was very little chemistry, and it was not backed up by anything; they had nothing in common and didn’t even really know each other when they decided they wanted each other forever.

The only good thing about this book was that it was short.

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Thanks Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for the arc.

This was just about the perfect book for me. I thought River and Isaac's meet cute was adorable and each time they met on the plane. From learning more about one another, the giddiness in anticipating seeing each other every weekend just flowed through me too. In the beginning Isaac and River think they have little in common, but as time goes on, they realilze they are more alike than they thought. They just want to be seen, really seen, and loved for who they are. River is forever trying to please her family and Isaac thinks his job and a high society life is what is meant for him. Forever trying to fit into boxes they aren't meant to be in, but learning that they can have someone who loves them unconditionally and the pieces just fit into place and feel right.
The only thing I wasn't in love with was a few weeks where it skipped over what was happening and I just felt like I needed a little more detail on how they were growing their budding relationship. I fell in love with these two though and got some serious butterflies. 4.5 stars.
Thank you to Victory, Netgalley and Noelle Adams for an early copy.

In flight by Noelle Adams is a sweet novella following two strangers, River and Isaac, as they travel between Boston and Savannah every weekend. River is helping her sister plan her wedding on the weekends while the obnoxious man seated beside her is traveling home after working away. While sparks fly in their first encounter, they’re not the good kind and neither of them are willing to change their seat over the following flights. This was a fun story, easily able to be read in a few hours. With sweetness and spice it’s the perfect afternoon read, or a great read for a flight! Thank you to the author, Victory editing and NetGalley for the ARC!

This was such a fun and cute novella. Loved that it was quick paced and nothing was dragged.

It reminded me a lot of Emily Henry — which I love.

The banter and the romance was really good.

The ending was so sweet and had me smiling the whole time.
