In the second book in the Purple series, this time Mom has purple lipstick and talks about giving kisses. There's not as much to do as the first book in the series, you can look for the kisses on each object and look for the ladybug. The rhyme scheme is a little off, the illustrations are simple, but if your kid likes purple they may enjoy this book (and it is a wholesome, positive story about showing love and affection.
