This is an early graphic novel about the younger siblings. You don’t get to do the crazy adventures the older siblings do. They decide to have their own adventure and find a wishing well make wishes and have a grand adventure. This book was fine. There were some problems with my galley so I may have missed things. I do think kids will like it and find it entertaining an interesting. For me it was OK. It’s one of those books’ kids like it and that’s all that matters.

Sib Squad is a kid’s novel about the family of the Woodson filled with 8 kids. There is a bear, turtle, fox, bunny, duck, pigs, beaver, mouse. The younger children were jealous of the older. The older got to do fun stuff such as action movies, board games, sailing with grandpa, and much more. The younger started a club to combat the older ones. They had a rule not do anything boring. They brainstormed ideas of fun adventures to take.
This book I received was only a sample of the first two chapters. The illustrations are very colorful and will appeal to kids aged 3-6. It’s easy to read and the story will entertain the younger kids. It would be a good story for kids who have older sibling and they often ask their parents why they can’t do certain activities older kids can.
“I received this book free from the publisher for my honest review.”

To start the cover drew me in. I am an older sibling myself but i still related to the characters in this. The story was emotional but I loved the development of it all and how the story progressed. Short, sweet, emotional but also brought so much joy.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This was such a cute kids book. The illustrations were cute and fun. This will make a great kids book.

Thank you NetGalley, the author and Worthy Publishing for gifting me a copy of Sib Squad!
It was such a nice, sweet and funny graphic novel! I loved the puns and jokes lol. It was also really nice to follow their adventures and to understand the messages behind each chapter. One of the main messages was to be kind and I enjoyed that it was not spelled out but understood from the story.
The characters and drawing style are gorgeous.
I would highly highly recommend reading it!

Three diverse siblings in a family of seven completely different animal children form their own club to stop the feeling of being left out by the old'uns. It takes some time to work out what they're going to do with this club, but they can't imagine it would take them to the cabbage sellers, or to meet UFOs – or to involve not one but two fans of the kazoo. Yes, this is random and silly and forever engaging, keeping you wrong-footed throughout as to what might happen next. It's the kind of very young comic I like to see – not daft for daffiness sake, but not too precious about itself. The pigeons that make a Greek chorus are quite good fun, too. It's no classic of its kind, but it has the required energy and simplicity to make it a four-star read for the right age range.
