There are some interesting point in this book, such as that the enactment of good leadership is framed into five dimensions – presence, relating, sensemaking, action, and service. May presents the Lollipop Model of Good Leadership, which she claims will help any leader to become a good leader. I would argue that anyone taking the time to read leadership books and work on those skills will eventually become a good leader, whether it's a helpful and 'good' theory or not, simply because they are doing the work.
