Their Greatest Strength is the final book in the Greatest Love Series and its such a bittersweet feeling to say bye to this universe. I have read all the books ever written by Hannah and I each one just keeps getting better.
This book revolves around Jamie who is always shadowed by the Legacy Family he comes from but in reality has such a lively and golden retriever personality.
Blakely had to grew up early because when her mom left her, she had to be the guardian to her younger brother. All she wants to do is work hard to give her brother everything he deserves.
Jamie has to get married to someone- maybe a fan just so that gossip mill starts and the tickets of his team's matches can be sold. What he doesn't know is a not-so-meet-cute with Blakely in his own house where she enters as a not so bandit. The deal is simple, she will get engaged and then married to him and he will provide a home to her and his brother.
This book was filed with crazy good banter, heartwarming moments between Jamie & his mom & Nathan with Blakeley & Jamie and oh god THE STEAM!!!!!
The chemistry was there from the very beginning but I enjoyed how it took time for them to explore it fully.
I WILL HIGHLY THIS BOOK TO EVERYONE!!
the audiobook just brought so many emotions with the way it was narrated.

3 Stars I can’t believe Hannah Cowan’s Greatest Love series is over! But I was so excited to get an advanced audio copy to listen to!
CFL star wide receiver Jameson “Jamie” Bateman can’t believe it when the owner of the Vancouver Pythons says he needs Jamie to get married to boost ticket sales. He can’t believe it almost as much as he can’t believe the boldness of the woman who broke into his house and attempted to steal from him. Luckily for Jamie, this bandit is the perfect person to pose as his wife. Blakely is strong and sassy, and not easily swayed by his celebrity status. Blakely is extremely guarded and very protective of her younger brother, Nate, who she’s raised since their mother abandoned them. The more time she and Jamie spend together, the more their fake marriage begins to feel very real. With the clock ticking down on their marriage, will Jamie be able to break down her walls and convince her to stay forever?
I’ve ready a ton of marriage of convenience romances, but I have to say, Their Greatest Strength wasn’t as predictable as other romances have been. I wasn’t quite sure how their relationship would unfold and it was an enjoyable ride. Jamie is such a golden retriever and down bad for Blakely. My absolute favorite part of this book was the relationship Jamie built with Nate, who really needed that older brother presence in addition to the support Blakely had offered him.
Thank you Hannah Cowan and Tantor Media for the ALC! Their Greatest Strength releases tomorrow!

This was so cute. I love a sassy fmc and a golden retriever mmc. Jamie was so sweet and thoughtful while also being incredibly funny. Blakely is such a sassy grumpy queen and I love her black cat energy. The characters are everything in this series

Following Blakely, the strong yet caring female protagonist, who would do anything for her loved ones, we see her enter into a marriage of convenience to improve her and her brother's lives.
Then there's Jamie, the incredibly handsome and caring male protagonist, a devoted family man. Blakely unexpectedly finds herself at his house, and it seems he falls for her instantly.
This marriage of convenience is heartwarming, particularly because of Jamie's care for Blakely and her brother. It's clear he falls for her first, and it's beautifully depicted.
This was my first book in the series, and while I understand it's the fifth, I found it very easy to follow. It certainly makes me want to read the others.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher of *Their Greatest Strength* for the opportunity to read this wonderful advance review copy.

Well that was spiiicccyyyyyy……..
Typically I hate diving into a series without reading the first book in the series…. & book five at that! But honestly, the book works well as a standalone.
Forced marriage trope? Found family trope? Athlete trope? Yes. Yes. & Yes. I was in love with Jamison from start to end. He constantly provided reassurance for Blakely and he always saw the good within her and pushed her to be the best that she could be.
“As my wife, you’ll pay for nothing”……. Ohhhhhh loved it! Perfect mix of humor, angst, and heat—100% worth it!
Thank you to Hannah Cowan, RBmedia and NetGalley for the ARC!

Blakely is a character I feel that a lot of us who have ever struggled financially in life can relate with. We will do whatever it takes to make sure the ones we love are still taken care of. Jamie is a man who knows what he wants and goes after it. After being told he had to marry someone, Jamie is not sure who that somone might be.....until his encounter with Blakely. They definitely met in an unconventional way, that neither of them will ever forget. Now, I came into this series starting with this book and honestly am mad at myself for not having read the rest already. If the other books are as good as this one, I won't be let down. I also thought the narrators did an amazing job with this audiobook and they definitely had some solid content and story line to follow along with. 10/10 loved this book.

Huge thanks to NetGalley and RBMedia for letting me check out this book early! I listened to the audiobook, and wow—I absolutely loved it. The cast was amazing and really made Jamie and Blakely feel so real.
Hannah’s storytelling is top-tier. She completely pulled me in, and I adored watching Jamison patiently break down Blakely’s walls, proving to her that love is real. He’s got total golden retriever energy, while she’s the skeptical grump—such a fun dynamic! I also loved how fiercely protective she was of her little brother, doing everything she could to take care of him.
And Jamie? Ugh, the way he just stepped in and took care of both of them without hesitation—major swoon. And then there’s Nate, the cutest, most starry-eyed little brother ever. He was just so sweet and full of joy, even after everything they’d been through.
I couldn’t stop listening to this one and flew through it so fast. I laughed out loud so many times! It had the perfect mix of humor, heart, just the right amount of spice, and a touch of angst to keep things interesting. Such a great read!

I have never read a Hannah Cowan book but I saw this and decided to request because it seemed interesting! I know it's the last book in the series but I had no issue diving start into this world which I really appreciated and I read it as a standalone. The narrators did a great job bringing this world to life and I loved how the marriage of convenience was brought into the plot. The tension in this was so so good and had me gripped to listening!! Jamieson fell for Blakely immediately and it was so cute seeing him give her all the love that she deserved and more!! He is fiercely protective of those he loves and made me such a great MMC. Blakely added so much humor to this as she is sass personified. Seeing her learn to bring her walls down and let people help her reminded me that we can always ask for help when we did it and having community is truly one too the best things in the world! This was such a cute read!!
Thank you to Tantor Audio for the ALC!! 💖

Let me just start by saying I didn't realize that this was part of a series, but i don't feel like I lost out on anything but reading this one first. I will be going back and reading from book 1 immediately. I really enjoyed this book. I absolutely adored Jamie and Blakely. They were such a cute and loving couple it made my heart happy. What started as a marriage for the good of the football team turned into a beautiful and amazing love story. I love a male character who loves open and freely, not caring what others think of his pronounced heart. I think that having characters like this is a great way to show men who are like this irl have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of or hide. I can relate to Blakely. She had a really rough childhood. Through it all though her only goal was to take care of her brother to the absolute best of her ability. Through a very nontraditional meet cute, Jamie and Blakely meet and that's it for Jamie. So, he persues what he wants. He works to break down the immense walls that Blakely has built and doesn't let up, but he does it in the most respectful and caring way. The way he wholly embraces her and Nate was beautiful. When she finally gives in and lets Jamie in and close, she sees that she does deserve good things even if she didn't always think so. It was a well done story about caring, sharing hopes and aspirations, leaning on others for support through everything, and the importance that family can make even if they are not blood. Overall this was a fantastic book and I adored it!

𝒯𝒽𝑒𝒾𝓇 𝒢𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉𝑒𝓈𝓉 𝒮𝓉𝓇𝑒𝓃𝑔𝓉𝒽 (𝔾𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕤𝕥 𝕃𝕠𝕧𝕖 𝟝) by Hannah Cowan
Dear Hannah,
Here we are. It’s an end of an era. 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝔾𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕤𝕥 𝕃𝕠𝕧𝕖 series has come to a close (although I have a sneaky suspicion that this isn’t that last we will see of this universe) and what a way to end it - let’s see if I can get through my review without tears…
I can see why Jamie and Blakely are your favourites. They consumed me in a way that NoahTiny did and that its saying a lot. I think I am finally going to put it in writing and say they are now sharing the top spot for my favourite HC couple.
Blakely is such a strong character. She has fought so hard for so long and seeing her trust Jamie enough with not only herself but with Nate was just wonderful. She really did need a safe place to land. I adored how she slowly allowed the Hutton/Bateman women into her life and found friendships and family she didn’t know she needed.
As for Jamie….Hannah, you weren’t wrong when you said he is THE golden retrievers of all golden retriever men. He channels all the sunshine he got from Gracie coupled with the overprotective nature he got from Tyler and was just *𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙛 𝙠𝙞𝙨𝙨* How he gave Blakely space but also consistently showed up for her in ways that enabled her to trust him. How his care extended to not only her but to Nate. He may have been the definition of he falls first and harder but the patience of this man will know no bounds.
Pretty Boy and Bandit were made for each other. Their chemistry was palpable and I loved every moment that they shared together. [Alex Kydd and Amy Hall did an incredible job bringing them to life on audio]
Hannah, your writing over the course of this series has hit new heights. Your character development and ability to intertwine this giant beautiful extended family across books is just perfection.
I will never be over this series. I am in awe of you and your words - PROUD doesn’t do it justice. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to be apart of this journey with you. A simple 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮 isn’t enough to convey what it means.
Honourable Mentions
🫧Noah Hutton [every single moment inc him in pink!!!] not to quote you or anything but “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯. 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘨𝘶𝘵.”
🫧Nate for being Nate. I am curious to see where his story ends and I loved how he folded when Jamie said they’re family and that he wasn’t going anywhere
🫧Tyler’s dad moments - he really is a softy. I felt that hug in my bones

Me 🤝🏾 Hannah’s Books
The ending of this series is seriously bittersweet, but this was such a perfect conclusion. I’m always obsessed with everything Hannah writes, but this series holds such a special place in my heart.
Jamieson Bateman, the man that you are! When I say I LOVE THIS MAN, I mean it with every ounce of my being. And Blakely she’s hilarious and hands down the best girl. Her ability to give Jamie a run for his money had me dying 😂 She had him wrapped around her finger, and I loved every moment of it.
The perfect ending to an unforgettable series 💚
Their Greatest Strength includes:
- Fake it ‘til you make it (AKA marriage of convenience)
- Forced proximity (we love this trope!)
- Slow burn (definitely worth the wait)
- Single parent vibes (she’s his guardian)
- My. Wife. (always an iconic moment)
- Found family (is it a hannah book if it doesn’t have this)

Big fan of this one! What a wonderful way to round of the end of this series. I would recommend this author to any of my friends and look forward to seeing what happens next! I will suggest any new book of hers to my friends

ARC Review 5/5✨
This story was such a beautiful conclusion to the Greatest Love Series. In this story we meet the son of Gracie & Tyler (my favorite broody MMC) who decided to pursue a career in football. I knew I was going to be bias going in, because I loved Ty so much, but Jamie did not need any bias to demonstrate what an incredible man he is!
Jamie is such a loyal, funny, caring, and understanding man. I loved the instant support he provided to Blakely and Noah upon meeting them. His openness to new experiences and love allowed him to find such a beautiful friendship in Noah and love with Blakely. I think we could all learn a lesson in allowing ourself to go through life with open eye and an open heart to find happiness where we might not have imagined it.
Blakely is such a strong and loyal woman as well. She protected and provided for her family to the best of her ability while putting her passions on hold. Not many people would do that, and I loved Jamie more every time he supported her to find herself again. Their love and support of each other truly became their greatest strength. 🥹
I am such a mood reader, and I have been reading soo many dark romances lately that I was nerve to start this ARC. I went to my best friend’s wedding this weekend and decided it was the perfect time to read this and I am so glad I did because it filled my heart with so much love. I had such an amazing weekend celebrating my found family and feeling the love from this found family flowing through the pages of this book.
Audiobook: 5/5 🎧
Narrators Amy Hall & Alex Kydd
I also got the chance to listen to the audiobook though @ which has been my favorite way to read lately. The immersive read was sooo good! I thought these narrators did such an amazing job. I felt as if they put alot more emotion into it than audiobooks used to do and I couldn’t be more impressed! If you are an audio reader then I recommend checking it!!

———— All thoughts are my own.
Jamie and Blakely meet under unusual circumstances and become the key to solving each other’s problems. Jamie desperately needs a wife because his football team is struggling to attract fans and interest in their organization. This seemed a bit far-fetched, but it’s fiction, so we just roll with it. I had a feeling that there was another story involving the general manager, but nothing came of it. Then we have Blakely, who is facing financial troubles after losing her job and is on the brink of eviction from the apartment she shares with her brother. Enter the trope of marriage of convenience. He falls first and hard, and you can’t help but fall in love with him, and you’ll love Blakely’s love for her brother and her big protective heart. The spice was spicing, and I enjoyed listening to their story.

Jamie you giant teddy bear!
Although I'm bummed this is the last book in the series, this was a great way to say goodbye. The whole group of characters is just so loveable! Don't get me wrong Hannah definately has characters you want to punch, like Blake's mother. The premise of the book/meet-cute is so fun and unexpected.
Jamie has moved to the top of the golden retriever boyfriend/husband list. Wide receiver for a failing football team, sweetest uncle, not to mention his close relationship with his mom, Gracie. He is a total goner for Blakely, I mean he painted a purse for her! He teaches her to drive, helps get her a job she loves and the best part ....... he practices football drills with her teenage brother.
Blakely was such an enjoyable character: strong, loyal and independent to a fault. She never complains about having to take guardianship of her younger brother even she was just a kid herself. She tries to put up some thick walls to protect her heart and her brother only for Jamie to smash right through them, nothing is stopping that man.
I can't wait to see what Hannah writes next!

2 stars⭐️
The relationships between the characters were sweet, especially the brother and the MMC. However, some parts felt really random like when the FMC decided she wanted to be a cook midway through the book. This book was a little bit similar to "The Wall of Winnipeg and Me" by Mariana Zapata.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for an audiobook arc.

As the unofficial end to Hannah’s Greatest Love series, Their Greatest Strength wraps things up in the MOST perfect way with a love story I won’t soon forget.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
🫶🏼The tropes:
🏈Marriage of convenience
💍Single guardian
🏈He falls first and harder
💍Found family
🏈Forced proximity
👉🏻The short story:
FMC Blakely is the guardian to her 15-year old brother Nate — and has struggled for the past five years to make ends meet. On a walk one evening, she sees an open front door and wanders inside — and into MMC Jamie’s life. He’s immediately drawn to the stranger and after a second fateful meeting, he proposes that she marry him for mutual benefit. And what starts out as a marriage of convenience/PR stunt with the CFL’s most popular wide receiver emotionally and compellingly becomes so much more.
✌🏼My thoughts: In Jamie and Blakely, we get a couple that is GOALS in every way. Jamie is a quintessential golden retriever — so funny and kind. Their meet-cute was unique and showed both Jamie’s compassion and Brinkley’s overwhelm. Watching these two become friends and much more, all while Jamie proves just how amazing he is and Blakely slowly let her guard down was captivating. Loved everything about them.
Add in lots of time with series favorites and to me, this was a beautiful ending (for now) to this series that has had my heart from moment one.
🎧The audio was great for this story — narrated by Alex Kydd and Amy Hall (two new to me narrators), TGS audio captured the spirit of Hannah’s words so well. I felt every emotion and enjoyed it so so much.

💚 marriage of convenience
🏈 football romance
💚 found family
🏈 hilarious meet cute
💚 single guardian
🏈 cinnamon roll MMC
Jamie is asked by his football team owner to get married to bring positive attention to the team. He has a unique meet cute with Blakely and is instantly intrigued. Jamie convinces Blakely to marry him temporarily. Blakely's teenage brother is excited to move in with him football idol.
The found family aspect is my favorite part. Tyler & Blakely's moment where they shared a connection was special.
Thanks to NetGalley for ALC.

I listened to the audiobook version of this story and it blew me away. This is my first book by Hannah Cowan and I don't know where she's been my whole life! Although fake marriage or marriage of convenience are not tropes I typically read, something about this book called to me over and over until I picked it up and, boy am I glad I did! Jamie is one of the most swoon-worthy MMC's I've ever read. From the moment he laid his eyes on Blakely he knew, and I was here for every last second. Everything he did for her and Nate, everything he said about her and to her made me squeal. I adore him! The story was so good I could barely put it down, the romance was pure perfection, and the spice was so, so delicious and it burned so good! The narration by Alex Kydd and Amy Hall was everything I could want in an audiobook. They did an amazing job. Cannot recommend enough!

First thanks to Net Galley and RBMedia for allowing me the privilege of Arc reading for this book. I did listen to the audio book and loved it. The cast was great and brought Jamie and Blakely to life.
Hannah is a fantastic author and really sucks you into her stories. I loved that Jamison took the time to break down Blakely’s walls and prove to her that love does exist. He is your sweet golden retriever and she is your skeptical grump. I loved the fierce protectiveness she had for her brother and that everything she did was to help him.
The fact that Jamie just jumped in and took care of both of them to show her that she could depend on him… Swoon.
Nate is the cutest starry-eyed little brother. I just loved how happy and sweet he was, especially with everything they’d gone through.
I just couldn’t stop listening to this one and finished it so fast. I giggled out loud so many times. Great book, good humor, the right amount of spice, and just enough angst!
