John Lescroart keeps a story moving. Like other books of his I've read, the story moves along without dragging it down with unnecessary scenes. In The Fall, Dismas Hardy's daughter Rebecca defends a CASA worker accused of murder. It's her first murder case and I enjoyed the father daughter relationship as well as the dialogue between them. I won't go into details of the plot as others no doubt have. Instead I will recommend this book as an engaging "in and out of courtroom who done it." Very entertaining.
