Rock Hard was ravenously devoured in a day, and now I want a T-rex of my own. Gabriel had to slightly couch his Alpha tendencies because Charlotte was a bit of a mouse in the beginning. He had the patience of a saint, though, because he had a lot to overcome in regards to Charlotte. But it was worth it, watching him push her in small increments until she got her backbone straight and began pushing, too. I highlighted a lot in this book, and I’d get sucked back into the story when re-reading some of them. Though I loved the other books in this series, this one gets all the extra Gold stars.

Another enjoyable tale of romance from Nalini, Singh. Her Rock series continues to be intriguing with a perspective fresh from the Psy-Challenging series she is best known for. A worthwhile read.

Charlotte has lots of physical and emotional scars and comes across as quite “mousy”, but she is a very hard worker, extremely intelligent and a huge asset to a floundering company she works for.

Gabriel Bishop is an retired rugby player who has blown away the corporate world with his business savvy, especially his ability to restore falling corporations. Gabriel is hired as CEO by the board of the company Charlotte works for...his purpose is to revitalize the company.

Even though Charlotte comes across as meek, she takes on Gabriel with shy gusto and dubs him T-Rex.

There is something about Charlotte that calls to Gabriel, he pushes every one of her buttons to get her to react to him as a man, but Charlotte doesn't even see herself on the same playing field.

Its going to take lots of convincing and kid gloves to coax Charlotte into the relationship Gabriel is looking for; but he definitely sees its worth the investment.

Gabriel is devilishly handsome with some very interesting wooing techniques.

Great story, flat out fun at times but has enough of a serious bite to keep you invested lock, stock and barrel.

I would highly recommend every book I've read by Nalini Singh, she never disappoints to entertain, enthrall and out right captivate the reader. Whether you love contemporary romance or paranormal, there is something for everyone. Singh's work is always outstanding, Rock Hard is a sinfully sexy addition to add to her wonderfully acclaimed resume.
