A very interesting book and the appeal is that Joe seems to be a normal person who has no medical expertise but like so many, suffered from a weight problem. Inspirational and well written I’d recommend this to anyone considering an alternative to lifestyle eating.
The author tells you from the start of the book, what worked for him may not ideally work for you, but he gives you the tools to adapt his 7 principles for yourself. Written honestly with the intention to help, not doctrinate, this is an excellent book to aid you in the task of adapting your lifestyle on a path to health.
