We are at the final book in Merci and Cari’s story, and boy is it filled with so much darn action. Things are not at all that they seem, and of course it’s up to them and their allies, and sometimes their reluctant allies, to make things right before the world becomes a huge mess. This is definitely a fitting end to this series, and it’s filled with plenty of fight scenes, great writing, and engaging characters.
