ARC received from publishers. The narrators for the audiobook were great! The story line was cute and humorous with lots of spice mixed in. The spice was a little unexpected as it came kind of late but welcomed and fit in with the storyline. Overall I really enjoyed the book, the characters, and the plot, and will recommend it to my friends that enjoy spicy romance!

Sloan was in love and being as she write for a magazine for brides. She doesnt love to do it anymore and she has to write for a wedding and she not into it. Now she is assign to be a bridemaid and her walk to aisle is a flirt Wilder hayes. The author give a glimpse into Wilder backstory even though Its Sloan story heartbreak and how close off she is about love and Wilder showing her what real love is and having patience and understanding.

Spice, charm, and a swoony meet cute? Say less, I’m in love!
This book was such a delight, equal parts charming and spicy! It gave me total 27 Dresses energy with a dash of that iconic Pretty Woman makeover montage. I was rooting for the love interest from the very first meet cute, and I really appreciated how both characters had thoughtful backstories and real personal growth. It was a fun, feel good read that was also really well written. I’d definitely recommend it to fellow romance lovers!
The narration by Aiden Snow and Andi Arndt was fantastic. Their voices fit the characters perfectly, and they truly brought the story to life.

Vi Keeland has written some incredible contemporary romances over the years, but Jilted might just be my new favorite. It’s heartfelt, funny, emotionally layered, and so perfectly romantic that I found myself smiling (and maybe tearing up a little) long after I finished the last page.
At the center of Jilted are Sloane and Wilder—two characters who stole my heart completely. Sloane is a writer for Bride Magazine, someone who used to believe in love and happily-ever-afters... until she was left at the altar. Since then, her job has become more painful than passionate, and her views on love have taken a cynical turn.
Wilder is the opposite in many ways—laid-back, charming, confident, and surprisingly sincere. He’s a former rugby star and now part of the family behind the magazine Sloane writes for. They meet under chaotic, bridezilla-fueled circumstances, and what begins as verbal sparring quickly shifts into something more magnetic. Their banter is electric, full of sass and sparks. But what truly got me was the depth of their emotional connection.
Wilder falls hard for Sloane, and it’s exactly the kind of sweeping devotion I love in a romance hero. He doesn’t shy away from how he feels. He’s persistent but never pushy, playful but grounded, and always respectful of Sloane’s boundaries. Watching him slowly peel back her defenses—and watching her struggle with the fear of trusting again—was beautifully done. This is a true emotional slow burn, and it’s all the more satisfying because of it.
And can we talk about the moments in this book? The coat closet scene? The cupcake kisses?? Instant favorites. Keeland nails the balance between light and emotional. There’s so much joy in the flirty, swoony scenes, but also genuine tenderness as both Sloane and Wilder navigate their respective emotional baggage.
Sloane, in particular, resonated with me. While I haven’t been jilted at the altar, I’ve felt the sting of a broken engagement and the hesitation that comes with learning to trust again. Her fear, her reluctance to let someone in, felt deeply real—and I appreciated how Vi Keeland gave her the time and space to grow.
The supporting cast also added great depth to the story—especially Will and Andrew, who practically begged for their own books. The friend and family dynamics never felt forced, and every character added something meaningful to the plot.
Audiobook Note: I did listen to the audio alongside reading the ARC. While the production quality is excellent—as expected from Keeland’s releases—I did struggle with the voice casting. Andi Arndt is a talented narrator, but her tone didn’t quite capture the youth of a 26-year-old heroine for me. Aiden Snow performed well, though his voice didn’t quite match how I imagined Wilder. Despite this, I still enjoyed the audio experience overall, and it didn’t detract from my love for the story.
If you’re a fan of heartfelt, character-driven romance with flirty banter, meaningful emotional arcs, and a hero who loves hard, Jilted needs to be on your TBR. It’s everything I love in a contemporary romance and more.
4 stars for the Audio=
5 Stars for the Book-
A massive thank you to Bramble and NetGalley for the ARC. I can’t wait to grab my final copy in May and relive the cupcake kisses and emotional slow burn all over again.

Adored this!!! It was steamy and swoony and I can’t get over how beautiful this story was! Highly recommend if you want a fun romance that steals your breath away!

Vi Keeland hooked me with her first thriller and ever since I have been reading her romance novels waiting on her next thriller. No matter what this author does, she nails it. Every single book I've read by her now (7 total) have been amazing. This story was so much fun and unique. She develops such amazing characters you can't help but love them or hate them, and she decided who will be who. I can not recommend this author enough and her books are amazing on audio!

Thank you to Macmillan Audio, Bramble, and NetGalley for providing me with the audio galley of this book to listen to and review. The opinions expressed below are my own.
I was excited to be approved for this title. I put in for the Kindle version was denied. So when the audio popped up, I requested right away.
The story line seems really cute: weddings and wedding meet cute, a jilted bride, a steamy attraction, some forced proximity, playboy, he falls first, slow burn. It had all the workings of a great read. And I'd not listened to either of the narrators: Aidan Snow and Andi Arndt. I always love to discover new narrators.
Unfortunately, this story just was not for me.
I didn't mind the female narrator. She did a good job portraying the FMC, Sloane. I liked the character enough. She's on a moratorium of men since being left at the alter by who she thought was her true love. Given her position as a writer for a Bride magazine, she should be enthralled with true love. But you can feel her being jilted has put a bad taste in her mouth. I saw she was trying to find herself again.
The male narrator totally turned me off. His voice is super deep, which would normally be something I love for a romance MMC, but it wasn't working for me with this particular character. Wilder is supposed to be American and British and, while he uses quite a few British words and phrases, he doesn't have an accent at all (even the though the FMC points this out right at the beginning of the book). This really bugged me. I also could not get into the dirty talk and Aidan's voice. They just didn't jive with me.
Finally, the amount of casual misogyny in the book was truly annoying me. I know this guy has been a playboy all his life and now he's suddenly found his way as he quickly falls for the FMC but there were still things that made me cringe. Constantly describing the FMC using her body parts, talking about all his one night stands, etc. I just didn't get the feel he was a changed man because of Sloane.
I ended up DNF'ing this book. Perhaps the print version might be better but I'm doubtful given the side comments and sexist nature of the MMC.

Andi Arnt and Aiden Snow are 2 powerhouse narrators. They bring a great romance to life. Sloane and Wilder have been hurt in different ways, so they are both hesitant to pursue love. Over time they work through their past trauma to make room for the lives they have always wanted.

This book was so addicting - I read it in one day. There was just something about the MMC knowing what he wanted and pursuing the FMC from the very beginning that just did it for me. There is no will they/won't they - he starts speaking in future language very quickly. The narrators did a great job - they both were perfect for the characters that they portrayed and I loved hearing this story in their voices.
I was a little disappointed with the twist/third act break. The resolution ultimately worked out and, while not my favorite, this was done much better than some other tropes of its kind that I've read. I really enjoyed the banter, I enjoyed the seduction and the build-up in the slow burn. The chemistry is definitely there, but I really respected the FMC for not just jumping into bed with the MMC. She stood her ground and It made for a better story overall.
The inter-continental travel was also a fun layer to the story. I'm a traveler, so I love a good story with multiple locations. Overall, this is one of my favorites I've read recently - thank you to NetGalley and Macmillan Audio for the ALC!

Hmmm I didn’t love this one. I usually love Aiden but didn’t connect with this narration. This seemed like it was trying really hard, very pick me energy.
Sloane and Wilder didn’t have a lot of palpable chemistry, and Wilder was kind of crass, while she was strangely naive.
I don’t know if I would give this author another chance.

I am a huge fan of Keeland's books and was exited to listen to Jilted who was narrated by Andi Adrnt and Aiden Snow who are some of my favorite narrators. Wilder and Sloan meets at a wedding where Sloan is working and ends up being a last minute bridesmaid and pairs up with Wilder. They had instant connection and ends up with a kiss.
They end up seeing more of each other because Sloan's next assignment involves Wilder's friends' wedding. They are good together and love the banter between them.
I liked the flashback to Wilder's past and what let him to be so commitment phobic. Sloan and her family was great and added some depth to the characters. Wilder and his friends played such a small role in the story despite it being about them getting married.
The 3rd act breakup was not my favorite but the story ended up nicely.
Thank you @brambleromance @macmillan.audio for a copy of the audiobook.

Jilted was packed with everything I want and love from a Vi Keeland romance!
It has heart, humour and heat all used to make us fall in love with these characters and their story.
Sloan & Wilder were SO good together! I loved their meet cute and how Wilder navigated his way into spending more time with Sloane after their first meeting. I am like Sloan in that I love all things weddings, and I love romance books that are centred around weddings or people working in the wedding industry. Add in a jilted bride left at the alter to twist the narrative slightly and it made for a very entertaining read!
I cannot imagine the back and forth life style Wilder navigated between the US and the UK and while he was travelling for work and all his buddies' weddings, his travel habits truly showed his dedication to making things work with Sloan.
Personally, not a fan of the accidental pregnancy trope, so that definitely contributed to this being a 4 star rather than 5 - simply a matter of personal preference. But it was leading up to a 5 star until that came into play. Wilder's reaction to Sloan's pregnancy announcement was understandable given his history, but is quite literally one of the biggest things I dislike about the accidental pregnancy trope (when men disappear and leave the woman to sort through her thoughts and feelings about the unexpected pregnancy alone.) That said, I did appreciate the growth and grovelling Wilder displayed.
The narrators, Aiden Snow and Andi Arndt were fantastic! I love Andi and these two did an fantastic job of bringing the characters and their story to life.
Thank you to so much to NetGalley and Macmillan Audio for the advanced copy audiobook!

Have you ever picked up a book on a total whim, thinking it might be cute… and then BAM—you’re obsessed? That was me with Jilted by Vi Keeland! I thought I’d like it, but I fell head over heels for it. This was my first book by Vi and now I’m fully hooked—like, where has she been all my life?
It’s the perfect slowburn with just the right amount of spice. The tension? Chef’s kiss. The characters? So lovable and layered, I wanted to crawl inside the story and hang out with them. This isn’t just your average romcom—it’s got depth, heart, laughs, and so much swoony goodness.
Sloane is your classic NYC girlboss, writing for a bridal magazine… after getting left at the altar. (I know, right?) She gets assigned to cover a wedding and ends up with way more than just a juicy article. Enter Wilder, and cue all the giggles, blushing, and swooning. Their story completely took me by surprise in the best way. I was grinning like a goof the whole time.
10/10 would recommend—especially if you’re into slowburns that sizzle and characters that steal your heart. The narrators were perfect and delivered an amazing performance.

This one I was mostly on the fence about. I wasn't wildly fond of Wilder (haha) he came across as such a man whore that it felt hard to see him settling down. Now further into I did feel bad for the events of his past, but he's still not mg favorite MMC. I liked Sloane for the most part. They seemed to be a good match. I could have done without the mess at the end. I somehow didn't see it coming and it just annoyed me.
The narrators are two of my favorites so it did make the audiobook very enjoyable.
Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for the alc in exchange for an honest review.

Big thanks to NetGalley and Macmillan Audio for the ALC of Jilted by Vi Keeland, out May 6th. After being left at the altar, a wedding writer stuck in her worst nightmare is forced to cover ceremonies she can barely stand. Things go from bad to worse when she’s roped into being a bridesmaid—and shares a steamy moment with a charming but insufferable groomsman, Wilder Hayes. The real twist? Wilder turns out to be her boss’s son, and now they’re stuck working side by side all wedding season long.
I really enjoyed the story overall, even though the ''enemies-to-lovers'' or dislike to lovers setup at the start didn’t fully work for me. The MMC’s reaction during the third-act breakup also wasn’t my favorite. That said, the narration was a total highlight! I really enjoyed both voice actors; they brought the characters to life and made the story much more enjoyable.

3.25⭐, 3🌶️
This was a fun idea for a book - an accidental bridesmaid and reporter "falls" for the bad boy professional athlete groomsmen. But they both have a history of troubled relationships. So they enter a friends to become benefits plan. For me, the romance didnt really feel powerful to me so I wasn't fully invested. Additionally, I was confused when we started to get the flashback chapters for Wilder's character.

Thank you NetGalley and Macmillan Audio for an ALC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

In *Jilted* by VI Keeland, wedding journalist Sloane finds her dream job at Bride magazine turning sour after her own fiancé abandons her at the altar. Things take an even more complicated turn when she's roped into being a bridesmaid at a wedding she's supposed to cover—and paired with Wilder Hayes, an irresistibly handsome but infuriating groomsman. Their tension-filled evening escalates into an unforgettable coat closet encounter, only for Sloane to discover on Monday morning that Wilder is not just a charming annoyance—he's her boss's son and her new coworker for the rest of the wedding season.
I absolutely adored this audiobook and ended up binge-listening in a single day. Sloane and Wilder’s chemistry crackled, making their slow-burn romance incredibly satisfying. Their witty banter and dynamic interactions were engaging and authentic, perfectly balancing humor and heartfelt moments. Both characters carried emotional baggage from past relationships, and watching them gradually open up and overcome their hesitations felt genuinely rewarding.
Initially, I wondered if the premise—attending multiple weddings together—might become repetitive. However, each wedding cleverly mirrored their evolving relationship, keeping the plot fresh and engaging.
The narration by Andi Arndt and Aiden Snow was fantastic—honestly, they’re two of my favorite narrators and part of the reason I requested this audiobook. My only slight critique is that their British accents weren't entirely convincing, but they were solid enough not to distract from the story.
Overall, *Jilted* easily earns 4.5 stars from me. This was my first VI Keeland novel, and it certainly won't be my last!
Thank you to NetGalley, MacMillan Audio, and VI Keeland for the opportunity to listen to this ALC ahead of publishing.

This was a cute romance where Wilder (totally hot and wild) meets Sloane and senses a connection with her, beyond the let's bang and later babe!
He pursues, she runs. He pursues again. She runs faster, but he's a rugby player and eventually catches her, working hard to break down her walls one by one. I loved Sloanes and Wilders family and friends. Very supportive, very vocal.
The narration was superb!!
#netgalley #Jilted

Thank you NetGalley and Vi Keeland for the chance to listen to this ALC!
Jilted is a stand-alone, contemporary romance. The FMC Salone, is a jilted bride who works for a bridal magazine. The MMC Wilder, is a cocky, rich, rugby athlete with a playboy past. They meet at a wedding and all the fun of this book happens from there. It’s a spicy slow burn that will have you swooning, kicking your feet and giggling a little. The banter between the characters was great. Some of the tropes in this book were opposites attract, forced proximity and he falls first. It was a fun story to listen to with a happy ending. Beautifully written, a good plot and easy to follow. I enjoyed it. This is the fourth book by Vi Keeland I’ve listened to and her books don’t disappoint.
The narration was done by Aiden Snow and Andi Arndt who done amazing as always. Their voices fit the characters and complimented each other well.

Don’t know if I liked either main character or any side characters. I mean, FMCs family had a long line of NYPD, and I’m of the ACAB persuasion. There was a line about gun control that rubbed me wrong. She reads self help books. 🤷🏻♀️ The MMCs got hoes in all the area codes, and gives off “I’m a tool, but at least I’m honest” vibes. His POV was giving IRL man (ew). Defentify the type of man who didn’t eat downtown before meeting our FMC, if ya know what I mean… the only redeeming story line was both MCs were caretakers for someone with Parkinson’s and they both helped raise neice/nephew….other than that, this was not the book for me.
