Thank you for this NetGalley. I am enjoying this series. It has so much humor in it. Now it is Patience turn for her coming out. She feels she will know her true love right away. Her father thinks she is being too optimistic. She goes to Allmacks but he doesn't write his name in her dance card right away so she has to think maybe he is not meant for her. They have some misunderstandings but in the end it all works out, but not easy for either of them.

Another of the Duke of Pelham’s daughters is having a Season. Accompanied by her sisters, her madcap father and mischief-making housekeeper they travel from Yorkshire to London causing havoc and dismay at all the Inns they stay at en-route. Lady Impatience is well named, she makes decisions quickly and is known to toe-tap whilst others dilly-dally. From the moment of setting eyes on Marcus Langley, Earl of Stanford, she is sure he is the man for her but his hesitation at even putting his name down on her dance card has her second guessing everything. Meanwhile Stanford overthinks everything. After three years of consideration he has decided to choose a wife but what will happen in the Marriage Mart if the lady he decides to marry gets snapped up while he is analysing the pros and cons?
Another fun book in the series.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Lady Impatience is a corky, clean, Regency Romance. So, delightful and wholesome. It’s an anyone-can-read novel. Quick and fast-paced like the leading lady.
The author has crafted a cozy setting within England's stiff and strict world, populated with characters that are not just personable but also remarkably relatable. Their logical backstory, sensible internal musings, real growth, and self-learning make them feel like friends. The multi-perspective narrative, with viewpoints from the duo and even the housekeeper, adds a delightful layer of complexity.
Everything falls into place in the end. It reminds me of one of those mix-up sorts of plays.
With its delightful and wholesome narrative, Lady Impatience earns a cheerful endorsement from me. I'm confident that it will be a delightful read for anyone who picks it up.
While it is part of a series, it is a standalone novel that can be enjoyed independently, without reading the previous books.

Read this if you like: Regency romance, strong Heroine, large family, society bucking, HEA, clean romance
Triggers:
Lady Patience Nicolet, one of the 7 unusual daughters of the Duke of Pelham, is making her debut. Marcus Langley, Earl of Stanford, is seeking a bride who will help him create the very opposite of his tumultuous family home. But what shall happen when his stolid, contemplative temperament meets her headlong, rushing current of decisiveness?
A lovely clean Regency romance, rife with misunderstandings to patch up, a gaggle of sisters who buck convention, a doting father who is not-the-least concerned with the trappings of society, a wily housekeeper, a trio of eligible bachelors, and a three-legged, half-blind rescue pup. I will admit, and this is a personal hang-up of mine, I false-started the book 3 times due to the naming construct of all 7 seven sisters being given the names of virtues: Winsome, Serenity, Grace, Felicity, Valor, and Verity. However, once I really dove in, I devoured the book. A charmingly round cast of characters created a vivid world for our H & h to live and find love in, tying things up in a neat bow while leaving you wanting to know the outcome of each sister’s debut.

When Patience, who is known to actually be a very impatient person, goes to London for her season she decides to make short work of finding a husband. She decides on Marcus who, unlike her, takes a very long amount of time making decisions. Can these opposites make a match? I received an ARC from NetGalley and Dragonblade Publishing for my honest review.

Lady Impatience is part of a book series. Standalone interconnected series. The series is about an aristocratic father, Duke of Pelham trying to marry off his seven daughters.
Lady Impatience is the third book and it follows Lady Patience, the third daughter.
The third book chronicles her debut into society and finding love with a dashing handsome earl who is her complete opposite.
I enjoyed this book and I love its Bridgerton-esque vibe.
Patience is an amazing MC, she knows who she is, and what she wants and is unapologetic about it.
Marcus compliments her and balances her.
I enjoyed the progression of their relationship and other side plots.
What I didn't like and what ultimately made me lower my rating was the misunderstanding trope. I felt it was unnecessary
Overall, Lady Impatience is a very well-written book and you should read it.

If you’re into historical romance, Lady Impatience is one of those books that just pulls you right in. Patience and her family were fun getting to know during her season in London. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, light hearted romance set in Victorian England.

What a ROMP this is! Lady Patience is anything but….Lord Stanford’s name should be Snail and this opposites attract story is a laugh a minute! I adore this family after reading the second in the series(and went and bought the first one!) This Duke is a hoot and his well loved family are so fun to watch. The misunderstandings that just keep getting added are hilarious and the sisters are so different and unique. I adore Valor and her less than diplomatic mouth, Mrs. Right is deviously loving and would do anything for her “girls”. Watching her deal with the butlers the girls Aunt keep sending them is funny. I felt for Lord Stanford, looking for nothing but peace and getting anything but peace! The author is a cut-up and I adore her stories. They are well plotted, don’t drag and wonderful to read, especially on down days to pick up your mood! LOVED IT!
I received this story for free and these are my own opinions

LADY IMPATIENCE is book 3 of “A Series of Senseless Complications” and my first foray into this sweet romance series centring around the Duke of Pelham’s eccentric and over the top family. To say that they and the staff are a quirky bunch is to put it mildly. This madcap group kept me glued to my kindle as I read all about their silly antics and the crazy that is their chaotic life. In the middle of this is Lady Patience who is anything but, and Marcus, who takes everything at a snail’s pace. But the old adage, opposites attract, holds true even in this case! I’m giving LADY IMPATIENCE the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR and Enjoy!

Lady Impatience is the third book in A Series of Senseless Complications series.
The Duke of Pelham is happily rubbing his hands together now that two of his seven daughters are out of the house and happily married. This leaves five more to go with Patience being next to make her debut this season. As usual nothing goes according to plan in this madcap entertaining family of very different personalities.
Patience is anything but patient. She is able to quickly plan and choose without much deliberation. But when she meets "the one," she is taken aback by his needing to be sure about his choices. She mistakes this for his uninterest, but he is anything but uninterested. What follows next is a humorous entertaining adventure to the alter.
This story is a crazy entertaining read. Just when you think everything is about to go one direction, it takes a sharp turn in the opposite.

I would give this book 3 stars
This is not an author that I have read before and I did not really enjoyed the writing style.
It was the story of Patience who was an impatient character who didn't mess around and was impulsive.
She,met the Earl of Stanford and immediately knew he was the man she, should marry unfortunately for her he was not so decisive and this was the story of there relationship. Hindered by her eccentric family who do their best to interfere

Lady Impatience, is very comical. I laughed the whole way through. It focused a lot on Patience's family. Stanford is very serious and has to think everything through where as Patience goes with her first gut reaction. This made for for awkward and humorous situations.

The Duke Of Pelham finally has two daughters out of the house. Five more to go. Patience is ready for her presentation for the season and has just the type of gentleman in mind to marry. But the more she observes, the more she realizes it is the opposite of her own personality she needs to look for. Marcus, Earl of Stanford, is very cautious about making decisions. Slow as molasses. Tic-toc, tic-toc. Getting in trouble, not of his own making, he must ride through water so as not to lose Patience. This hilarious family ignores rules and conventions to have a happy home.
A clean romance.
I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of this book from NetGalley.

This is another typical Kate Archer book with lovable, often peculiar characters and crazy staff who do not take their lives and duties seriously at all but mainly enjoy a light-hearted nonchalant view of life.
Patience is the third daughter of the duke of Pelham, a very eccentric, quirky but good humored man who doesn’t take anything seriously. Patience doesn’t live up to her name because she likes to act decisively and not waste time - hence the book’s title ‘Lady Impatience’. She’s looking for a husband and she works very methodically to achieve her goal. Marcus, the earl of Stanford, is quite the opposite when it comes to choosing a wife, having to endure two parents who loathed each other and made his life miserable with all the fighting. Of course these two very different approaches clash.
All the familiair elements are brought back in this book: the duke’s sister lady Marchfield who desperately tries -and fails- to achieve some structure amid all the chaos in the household; another hired butler who quickly gets shooed away by the housekeeper Mrs. Right; quite a few misunderstandings (some that might or might not lead to the taking of revenge and pranks on innocent men). Fact or Fib is also back, as well as the remaining unruly daughters with all of their quirks and the usual chaos that accompanies this family.
The romance between Kendrickson and lady Alice was a nice addition.
Another book full of fun, ridiculousness, laughter, crazy staff, and an unsuspecting hero who, despite it all, loses his heart to the heroine.
This is book 3 in the Senseless Complications series but can be read as a standalone.
This series is part of Dragonblade's Sweet Dreams line, so this is a sweet, wholesome, clean Historical Romance, which I love.
Thank you Netgalley, Dragonblade Publishing and Kate Archer for providing an advanced copy of this book. I voluntarily read and reviewed it; all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Patience is the third daughter of an eccentric Duke to come onto the marriage mart.
Patience is a toe tapper and quick decision maker.
She sees Marcus and decides he is the one for her.
Marcus is deliberate weighing his choices carefully.
The two of them together is a conundrum that somehow works.
Lighthearted story with an affectionate and conniving housekeeper, a father with crazy antics, and Nelson the three legged and half blind dog.
The third in a series of fun romps.
