I'm not really a 'clutterer' but advice on how to streamline storage, get rid of the things we don't really need etc is always something I'm happy to read. This book goes somewhat beyond the usual, dividing modern day clutter into three types - physical, mental and spiritual. What I'm not sure about though is the 'New Age' stuff such as burning sage, using purifying herbs etc, but what harm can it do if it makes the user appreciate their clutter free home more? Adressing mental clutter is given perhaps more emphasis than actually getting rid of physical belongings, which may or may not be a bad thing as we have all know those who 'declutter' and then just go and start again, having not changed their frame of mind at all.
Note: My thanks to the publisher for the opportunity to read an advance copy of this book.
