Lamp Black, Wolf Grey, was an interesting story I think I was drawn to it because of the cover and also because of the author and her reputation for witchy type stories. Also I love books with two storylines in different times.

Well the story have a strong start I did have trouble liking Laura in the contemporary setting. I really couldn't connect with her as I found some of her actions didn't match her character.

The past story with Merlin I found more interesting and I would have loved a whole book on that one.

Overall I am giving this book 3 stars but I feel it had a potential for more.
