I've read this a few years ago when I was having my sabbatical at work. I remember requesting it then because I feel like I was at a crossroad in my life where I have to choose between what I want and what I need. I've read this over the course of a few months. It was enlightening on how the author, R. Stanton Tucker depicted success via individual, and on a societal perspectives.
The author also gave us some insight on how to measure success based on what you do in life. That it's not about all the riches in the world, it's not about how successful you are with your job but more than anything else, it's how successful you are in the eyes of the creator.
I am not very religious, if I'm being honest but this book was quite a revelation and highly effective in stirring something in me. It felt like more of an affirmation that there's more to tangible successes, that there's something within us that we just need to utilize or to awaken in order to move forward towards the real meaning of success in life.
