The quirky characters and the many absurd scenes make this book a rollicking good adventure.

A story about a Catholic college that takes place after WWII. The storyline was choppy, but kept me interested.

This book is dark and hilarious! I loved how well the characters were brought to life, made it very hard to put the book down once I started into it. I will be using this novel with my adult readers and book clubs!!

Eventhough this book was suppose to be a dark comedy, I did not find I funny, nor interesting enough to continue past 1/3 through the book. I love to read funny, and even darkly funny books, but this one just did not seem funny nor interesting to me. I didn't particularly like the characters and found reading the book more like a chore than a pleasure. I tried, but just could not enjoy this book.
