Bakery? Yes, please. Amazing recipes and stories. Not to be read if you are on a diet! Highly recommend!

The Violet Bakery Cookbook is certainly aimed at experienced bakers in the home, who have some understanding of how ingredients work and come together. Once you actually try out the recipes some of them appear a little vague and confusing, and overly time-consuming. In the end everyone should be able to reproduce what is on the image shown to the reader. Alas, that was not possible despite the author's high ambitions.

I love how it's well written and easy steps to follow. Thank you!
