I have read some in this series and thought it was worth a shot to bring it into my store.

I tried to hand sell this author and not one person in the three years I tried to sell to purchased any books in the series.

ughh...nope. Just nope. Almost every indie romance follows the same formula and maybe that is why I am not a fan. Insta love + lots of intimate time = indie romance. Just not a fan. I need much more plot and story.

This is part of the Stage Dive series which I have enjoyed in the past. The characters in this one were likeable and kept me interested.

I'd like to sit down and have tea with Kylie. The need to pick her brain about how the voices in her head give her these characters is what I'd like to know.

I loved this conclusion to the Stage Dive Series, although I'm so sorry to see it end! This is the story of Lizzy and Ben, and an unplanned pregnancy. I loved Lizzy, and Ben as well, although I was frustrated with him at times. I liked watching their relationship develop, and it was wonderful to see the characters from the previous books! I will miss this series!

One of my New Year Resolutions was to read all remaining books, in any of the series I had started. I am terrible at reading just book one, or two and then leaving it. So this is why it has taken me this long to getting around to finishing the Stage Dive series. In all honesty I don't have the foggiest idea why, because I am crazy about these boys, but there you have it.

OK, Ben. Where do I begin?

I am not entirely sure if I am alone in this, but for me Ben didn't seem to attract my attention as much as the other men in the band had. Hence me leaving it so long to read his book. In Lick he comes across as a bit of a stirrer, and seeing as David and Evelyn are my second favourite couple, Jimmy and Lena being my favourite. I didn't think too much of him. In Lead I found myself forgiving Ben and actually wanting to know what was going on with his sneaking texting.

For some reason I was already clued up about the pregnancy before I started reading. And I wasn't at all surprised that Ben would need a major kick up the arse to come to terms with what was in front of him. I find him kind of selfish in that respect. I mean the way Jimmy was Lena, just made me love him that much more. That is what I wanted to see in Ben, and towards the end I got what I wanted, with Ben stepping up.

I actually really did enjoy this book, it was great to catch up with the whole gang again. It makes me want to go back to the beginning and start over with Lick. It is kind of depressing knowing that this is the end for the Stage Dive boys, but at least we got to know Vaughn. Who's book I read before this one...whoops!

This entire series is a 5 star read for me, I love all the boys and girls!! I look forward to reading more from Kylie Scott in the near future.
