Even though one might look at this book as dated, it is not. Through witty and sometimes humorous essays, Bayoumi shows us what its like to be Muslim and its not a pretty picture. And what really makes me angry is that the majority of people who hate Muslims have never met a Muslim. Sadly, the people who really need to read this book will probably look at it as part of an "anti-American agenda."
